Landbot is super user-friendly. There is no coding required which allows for anyone to be able to use it. We've seen a drastic decrease in our ticket volume since using Landbot as a chatbot tool.

The simpliest and easy to use that is! I really like the templates and how it helps you to get you up and running in minutes.
Well, nothing so far, however, I would recommend having more conversational templates instead of so many lead generation templates. I´m looking to engage existing clients, so building conversations is my strategy now.
I'm offering better Support, Knowledge, and onboarding to my new and existing clients. It's not Easy to do it with so much content on my blog or support web. If users want to know something, they just need to ask.

Very structured approach - with no technical background, I can build the bot with the branding, tone, and content that I want. The bot can keep up even with complex calculations that I would usually do in excel. The customer support is very good, and technically very helpful!
The formulas and variables need some time before you can fully grasp it, there are helpful videos, but they never entirely cover the case you need.... Thank goodness for a strong customer service that can walk you through it.
I am building a landing page to test a new product, and rather than building a calculator directly on the page; I used landbot for a more conversational approach. More friendly, and flashy than a static table.
It is so easy to implement for people that don't work directly with the technical development of IT softwares on a daily basis.
It has limited solution considering that is a turnkey solution. For that reason, a certain level of customization cannot be achieved.

Landbot is an easy, friendly tool, but above all it is a very fun tool. Working with Landbot has meant a radical change in my way of thinking and an incredible clarity to be able to develop other alternative apps. To say that the app is very good, but its technical support is highly effective. The answer is practically instantaneous so that you can solve your doubts in the blink of an eye. But I am going to value beyond technology, because behind any company, there are people. In this sense, I think it is one of the few times that I have felt such great support for trying to help. To me personally, they have left me speechless, for the great help provided to be able to get ahead in a situation as tough as the one we are experiencing in crisis and COVID. That alone says a lot about the company, it cares about its customers and will have thousands, but gestures of humanity towards 1 of so many, wow ... that company is going to go very, very far.
By looking for an incident, it would be a more personalized academy. But I do not doubt that in a short time they will be able to raise it. As they are doing the customer service is perfect, but the app being for "non-developers", many as in my case, we would like something more personal such as personal courses or similar. It is not something common and more than a complaint, I think it is more a proposal.
Well, discovering Landbot in my particular case has been like being born again. Thanks to Landbot, I am starting a project that I was almost giving up on. Landbot offers you so many tools and aids that you can build almost anything you want. The benefits under my idea will be exponential, like any project, it must mature, but I have no doubt that luckily I found the perfect app for me.

I needed to create a bot for my website. I had no idea how to do it because I don't know how to code and through Landbot it was quick and easy. Special thanks to Pau, for helping the team countless times and having the patience to deal with all our problems.
I tested a lot of bot apps, but none has hit the sweet spot between ease of use and feature richness better than Landbot. The best thing is the very intuitive building area, an expendable canvas that allows the fast creation of simple as well as very complex bots that for example make use of extensive scripts, dynamic data visualizations or API calls to services like Zapier and Google Sheets.
Not all flow element interfaces show the same behaviour, they should be unified eventually, eg. you can easily choose variables from a list in a lot of flow elements, but not everywhere - even though they work when you use a special syntax as a workaround. (But I'm sure these small design flaws will be ironed out in later versions of the still fairly new V3 interface.)
We like the "conversational web" and started using Landbot as an onboarding tool for new members as well as an assistant for different tasks on our website.

I used to use Typeform but now I can provide users with a more intuitive experience, build more complex and powerful workflows, set variables, include conditions, connect with tools, etc. All in all easy to use, great customer service and academy. It can solve problem from different teams and even automate boring tasks. The starting price is great.
Would require more native integrations, native emailing, more education around Webhooks and HTML custom codes. But I know that is for more advanced use cases.
