I love the templates, as someone who isnt super tech savvy, having a starting point is great!

Nothing really, so far we have not had issues. Would maybe like more users to be able to create and use the forms without giving out one login. thats all!

There are so many helpful tools on Jotform that will help any one expand their ideas and it has so many options and tools that might not have been thouht about to add to a project. Once a person gets familiar with the features, its very easy to use.

At the current time, there isn't anything I do not like. I would encourage to have a step by step guideline to print out so newbies can print or have another screen up to follow the instructions.

One problem that we were facing was keeping track with our customers on our meal plan. It was also difficult for the customer to submit their oder to us in a timely matter.

Jot Form is an excellent tool for my small business! Easy to use, design and share. Easy to add payment options and choices! Defintely give this a try if you are looking for a quick way to share your business!

My favorite feature for jotform is the cards. It allows me to send out surveys and keep an extremely professional look. I worried that it might not be as good as typeform, but I've been proved wrong pretty quickly.

I think the interface for jotform can be a bit confusing and/or intimidating at first. Understanding where some things are can be difficult but after a little bit of time, it starts to feel seamless.

I wanted a platform that would allow me to create professional looking surveys and online forms that I could share both internally and externally. Jotform accomplished that.

It's a quick easy way to obtain people's information and it stores it in an easy way for us to review at a later date.

Jotform has been very helpful for us to create order forms, registration forms, etc. and have all of the data stored in one specific place. We can clone past forms, which helps save time on upcoming forms that will be very similar to ones we have done in the past. We love that you can export the information into an Excel spreadsheet.

There is not much we dislike about using Jotform; overall, it has been very useful for everything we have tried. One situation we have found with some of our forms is that when an individual submits a form and then we need to go in and edit that form, sometimes the options that the original individual who submitted the form selected will "zero out". For example, we had an order form for ordering a Thanksgiving Meal, when someone asked that we edit it on our end to have two pies instead of 1, and we made that change, it automatically made all of their other orders (mashed potatoes, stuffing, etc.) 0 even though they had originally filled them in. This was just a minor setback but definitely has not deterred us from using Jotform overall.

Before using Jotform, we were primarily using paper forms. We required people to fill it out by hand and bring it physically into our office to submit their order forms. Jotform has solved this problem because we can now send forms out digitally and have them filled out. We then don't have to take paper copies of forms and type all of the information into our own Excel Spreadsheet, we can export all of the information that we got digitally into a simple and easy-to-read Excel sheet.

I've been using JotForm on and off for about 10 years via various organizations. It's crazy how it has evolved to what it is now. It's fantastic, easy to use, both on the form creator's end and the user's end.

Some of the UI does get a bit cramped on heavier forms in Mobile view.

Multiple types of question options. Many of the tools I was using before are increasingly going behind paywalls. Jotform still has all the options I'm looking for in its free tier.

Hello, JotForm has made my life so much easier! I used it 97% of the time for my church choir. Easier to do from ordering uniforms to permission slips. Making my life easier and more organized.

Prize is a little heavy but i try to keep up.

One problem was keeping track on inventory, Jotform make it happen with just a click of a button.

Very easy to build forms and Attractive reports. Its Twillio-based OTP widget and Photo Taking widgets work fantastically. We can download the Excel and Tabular reports and more additional features there.

The unique data entry feature needs to improve, and its unique field mapping option has not worked for me. Maybe that feature is restricted in the free plan.

We Connect an Online Election for our Society. It is Like pooling but OTP and Selfy taking features, Which improve better authenticity of our voting system. And the Graphical Reporting tool helps us to improve Live result feed back

I can customize the form to fit my non-profit's needs best, whether with a donation link or a sign sheet to volunteer. It's also straightforward to update or change once you publish the form.

Like any app or website, there will always be a premium version that has features you can use for free. It doesn't prevent me from not wanting to use Jotform though.

My non-profit is constantly looking for volunteers to sign up for different shifts at varying hours. We have also used the form to help create a Volunteer Nomination portal to nominate people in our community who volunteer their time.

Once in a while, there were reCAPTCHA notifications, however they were easy to continue with and it's an optional security feature that can be disabled.

It allows me to make a custom form for me to collect data quickly- far easier than any other app out there- even Google Form.

The easy integration and autoresponse features are amazing. It is also amazing how form inputs are easily viewable at a glance. The HIPPA feature also is a bonus I cannot fail to mention

Jotform are probably the most beautiful and amazing forms available for free. I absolutely love how much user-friendly and graphically pleasing they are. It's getting better with everyupdate

The limitation on number of responses is a little disappointing. Having around 300 responses per account would be great. I hated the rule but went on to buy premium for my other account.

The forms are prettier and interactive and makes it pleasure for the user to use . It makes it a pleasant experience to use the forms , in general I got more reponses from the users

From having a potluck for the family to complicated business surveys, I use Jotform for various things. My family logs in, checks off what they are bringing and then gets an email reminder for them! When I'm trying to set up a ZOOM meeting at a time that works for everyone, I send out the options and get a very easy-to-use tally to set the time. I use Jotform to register for the Computer Classes I teach at our local Community Center - with limited class size; the form controls how many can sign up. Did I mention that the participant always receives an email with a copy of their chosen choice? Our HOA now uses Jotform for ALL of their forms!

ORGANIZATION! When I need feedback from a group of people, Jotform makes it super easy to ask the questions and have a very organized feedback summary.

I have used Jotform to create a front end for our ticketing system. I was amazed by how many third party integrations there are on offer and how easy to use the user interface was for creating the form itself. In the future, I can see us using Jotform for a number of projects as it can be far more than a simple form.

In an ideal world, the free membership would include a few more monthly responses. We approach or exceed the 100 submissions on occasion and I don't always realise until an end user tells me they have raised a ticket, but I cannot see it.

I found the default ticket page for Zendesk to be too cluttered. Zendesk allows us to create a simple and user friendly front-end form that users can fill in to raise tickets. The fields in the form align perfectly with the Zendesk fields thanks to the in-built integration, which also saves myself and my team time on the back end after the ticket has been submitted.

I implemented jotform for one of my clients and integrated with Salesforce. Form builder is easy to use, and data mapping was easy.

There are some limitation on AODA complaince.

Data can be recorded in Salesforce easily.
