There is nothing which I disliked about Hostgator as such. Most of the desirable features are available on various hosting plans.

We are hosting websites using the Linux Shared Hosting services with cPanel. Performance of websites is good. It is easy to host multiple websites on a single account.

Hostgator is a very powerful cloud storage service that adapts to any need we have which makes it such a considered option, it allows me to have a shared or dedicated cloud hosting, which is very good at the time to offer solutions, it also comes automatically integrated with Wordpress Cloud so that the response of the websites is much faster with respect to other accommodations in the cloud, it is also a service that is very considerate with its customers offering discounts on certain Occasionally, it has an excellent technical support, which is capable of solving any inconvenience we may have in our hosting, whether it be compatibility or anything else. It has unlimited storage as well as unlimited data transfer, which is very advantageous when it comes to having a site or system with a lot of data transfer or incidence.

There is only one detail that I do not like and it is the impossibility of hosting a free domain, it is not allowed and that in addition it does not have support for the wordpress sector, but outside of those two details everything else is excellent, it has integration and infinite databases made in MySql.

I think what makes HostGator stand out is that it offers many types of services and usually provide us with great performance. We upload many types of website assets to our HostGator hosting account and it gives us lots of space to store web-related files that we can display publicly or share privately for internal use. I can access the control panel with a few clicks after logging in and be able to manage almost every aspect of my hosting account.

There aren't many things I dislike about our hosting accounts, consider the good prices, but I think that the page loading speeds can slow down at times all of sudden for no apparent reason. I suppose that's an issues with all shared servers, but it's something worth mentioning.

We can create custom web pages and use web development applications like Joomla to build our websites and host them on HostGator. Since HostGator has what seems like a sizeable support staff, particularly for technical issues, we can usually figure out problems or have them fixed directly by the HostGator support team.

Apart from the reliable hosting, uptime that is almost 100%, hostgator has better support than Godaddy. You get a quicker response from their chat interface than most companies with similar customer care chat services

Hostgator provides different plans for domain and shared webhosting which is quite good as you can pick based on your need. we are using their "Business" plan as it provides us unlimited website and unlimited space to serve our large number of clients. They too have domain service which is good but i fell costly. Their email service and SMTP servers are good to work on.

Pricing is an issue for me as i think it is slightly overpriced that go daddy and bluehost. Rest all i feel is good to go.

support, the support provided by Hostgator is of superior quality, not just the response time but also the quality and technical knowledge of customer service is really great. Cpanel of Hostgator is pretty good., it got a lot of features and easy to navigate through. another great thing about the specifications provided by them, from Storage to email addresses, everything is unlimited so you don't have the worry about running out of allowed quota. the pricing is also pretty special, it's not the cheapest but is well within the affordable budget of an average user. also, they offer a 1 cent trial to check out their service for a period of one month and gives the users a chance to test them before actually buying the service. all hosting plans also come with a free domain which I found nothing new but really helpful as you don't have to pay extra for the domain.

purchasing of additional domains is really expensive when it comes to Hostgator even when they provide a free domain along with hosting plan. the shared servers are not really great, comparatively the speed provided by the Hostgator for shared servers is not up to the level offered by other competitors in the market. the user interface and billing can be a bit confusing to an average user.

I would have to say being able to get hosting for a website with ease. Create a business email account with no problem. The fees are very reasonable and affordable. If you have a problem you can contact Customer Service and get answers to your questions in minutes. You can even choose if you want to add security measures to your hosting account for that website. Your choice.

I had an issue with my site not uploading and I was able to contact Technical support and get the problem fixed without any hassle. Within minutes the site was up and running and no more issues occurred.

HostGator feature-packed gives you all the tools to craft attractive, functional websites however the interface is a bit tricky and takes some research to figure out where things are.

HostGator seems to have very mixed reviews. They are decent for the price but the customer support could be better, but the uptime and speed is great. In fact, I’ve never had any issues with my website not loading. I haven’t tried their email, as I use a free Gmail account for everything.
