It integrates very well with gmail, and makes it easy to add contacts from gmail. It's very streamlined and doesn't take much time to enter and update opportunities. There's a google sheets add-in that lets you extract data from Prosperworks for more in-depth analysis.
The reporting isn't awesome. I do most of my analysis by exporting the data and analyzing it in google sheets or excel.
Wanted a relatively inexpensive that would let a team enter and track opportunities.
The integrations are top notch and the ease of use. I love the sales funnel.
Customer support, customer feedback, no training.
Multiple sales outlets, need solution.
I like how its integrated with Google services and its fully automated. The user interface is simple and pretty straight forward. I also like how it captures the activity by user. This is something important instead of logging everything manually.
Phone api that is not yet available in the Philippines. It would be nice if they can make this possible as a lot of Filipinos use this CRM.
Leads Management. We were able to fully utilize all leads. I also like how its fully automated when we send out to new email address that is not yet on the address book.
Prosperworks lets us focus on what we are best at. The integration with G-suite lets us use all the features without any need to think about integrations or other time consuming customisations.
Nothing so far, it fits our use perfectly.
Getting overview of incoming projects.
Very easy to get started. The platform is very intuitive, and simple to use.
There are a few features not yet available, such as linking single contacts to multiple companies/geographic locations.
ProsperWorks is replacing our Salesforce subscription.
I chose ProsperWorks CRM because it has most of the expected modern features, integrates with Gmail and Inbox, and provides a security model that supports a complex business with multiple teams. I also like that they don't force an annual subscription, so less risk.
The chrome plugin could be smoother. Segmenting data seems like an afterthought as opposed to a main feature. The handling of email templates and automation isn't really simple.
I have a number of sales channels or selling groups/teams and I need to maintain reasonable security across them so that teams are only seeing their records. I tested and evaluated many CRM products and found that ProsperWorks provide a security model that is both effective and simple. Without having to get involved in setting up a more complex CRM, I am able to consolidate sales activities across a scaleable number of different sales groups.
Synced with Gmail. Easy to use. Easy to add leads.
no email campains. Automated or reminders
Organization.
I like the ability for them to link to my Gmail and scrape contacts and follow interactions.
I wish they would go one step further and identify who I need to reestablish contact with. I.e. if I used to speak 3 times per week to an individual and then I don't speak to them in 3 weeks, I'd like to be nudged to maybe make contact again.
CRMs are typically too manual. This CRM allows me to easily add contacts to my CRM through my Gmail and 75% of the info is already populated.
The integration with Google made the decision to use Prosper Works a no brainer.
The only thing that will be a challenge will be the integration with our outdated data base.
We needed a more user friendly, cloud based, app friendly CRM.
look'n'feel, ease of use and seamless integration in gmail. + Mailchimp feature.
The "related to" feature which allows only one choice.
Keep track of leads, students, partners, lecturers, companies... It's my new toy for projects and teams management!
It's easy to use and it makes it easy to manage my leads and to know on which step on the sales pipeline they are. Really cool.
I think some of the elements are too big
We help business to improve their income and lifestyle, we do that by building ecommerce website for them.
I am a business Broker and I do my marketing through LinkedIn and other channels. I use web-based Gmail for my business email and Prosperworks works seamlessly. When I receive or write an email in Gmail, I can save the recipient as a person, lead, opportunity or Company and assign tasks to my team accordingly. I highly recommend it for those of you using Gmail.
It doesn';t sync with Icloud or Apple's Calendar easily.
We are able to stay in touch with all of our contacts regardless of where they are in the sales funnel.
We audited several solutions and Prosperworks came out on top easily. By far the nicest UI - heavily configurable and with an API that allows to do plenty in terms of internal reporting off it. The native app is slicker than a number of the competitors and I would recommend this to any other agency
Ability to group multiple Companies under an Umbrella/ultimate holding company - why no parent/child relationships? Support yet to come back to me with answer
We have given the business much better visibility overall
The integration with Google is excellent
Basic features are limited for the price.
We are able to track all our sales leads in one place

I want to be able to edit fields on dashboard.
Keeping up with tasks and managing contacts and new business opportunities
Opportunities management Data entry the mobile app
the info about the contacts isn t always the most exhaustive.
Keep track of my leads, opportunities and contacts. I have managed to keep track of all small conversations, ideas and any info related to each of my contact or business deals. I have followed my monthly turn over to the €.
The ease of use. It's very easy to get started. I also love the ability to sync and use Google Apps.
It's a little bit pricey, but worth it.
Contact management and a workflow for sales.
I enjoy the Google Integration aspect of prosperworks.
Primary contact creation isn't easy - automatically chooses initial contact as primary an
Sale organization and reporting
Very intuitive-Like others it is truly very simply for deployment and for someone getting started.
N/A -All Good-Have not experience any shortcomings thus far--Really Just a "new kid on the block"
Too new to see any great results yet!
My favorite feature is definitely the gmail widget. It cuts out 90% of the data entry you would normally need to do.
There isn't much about ProsperWorks that I didn't like. I'll like them more when they release the Xero integration though.
All of our customer records and leads were on spreadsheets and it was a disaster. ProsperWorks made the transition much easier.
