Be able to take a photo and attach it to a charge.
I wish we could just reply to the text messages requesting documentation. Attach a receipt and email or text it in and have it attach automatically.
I believe we have submitted requests to make improvements to the APP. The app was acting strangely while trying to entering memos for attached receipts.
Having all expenses in a single, centralized location is amazing. But Brex takes it further and singles out the missing receipts, missing notes, and other issues with multiple notification options. I've never had an easier and more efficient company card experience than Brex. And the mobile app has always worked seamlessly for me!
I haven't really had any negative experiences with Brex yet. The only thing that I would like to see would be a more widely accepted card, like being able to use a Visa option (mine is MasterCard).
Brex makes it easy to get very quick sense of how caught up I am with business finances. As a user (not administrator), I enjoy the using the feature that quickly summarizes all of the current expenses that our out of policy (missing a note, miss a receipt, etc.).
I like that Brex is extremely user-friendly and only took a few moments to onboard. When I first joined my company, I found the reimbursement process to be time consuming - often taking a solid hour or more after I returned from a business trip. With Brex, I can complete an entire trip's worth of expenses in real-time. Massive time saver!
There's nothing I dislike about Brex! The card works well, the ability to submit receipts and memos via text is very efficient, and the reimbursement timeline is quite quick. Brex has been a major improvement for my team.
I work in Account Management, so I often travel to see my clients. Whenever I incur expenses related to meals and parking - I can use my Brex card and submit a memo/receipt via text instantly. I can cross the task off my list very quickly and not need to save all expenses for my trip's return. I can also request gas reimbursements quickly on the Brex website, and I've always received my payouts promptly.
Brex provides you with one place to track all expenses for the team. I have visibility into what I have spent and what my team has spent before submitting to finance. It is easy to drag and drop receipts into each item to show justification and add notes and categories to those items so we know where the money is going and on what. My favorite thing is the icons to show what has a receipt and note for a quick and easy look at what might still need attention. The email notifications keep me informed in real time so I don't fall behind on anything urgent.
The reporting functionality is something I need to dig into more. I would imagine that as we start to use Brex for a full year, we will want to use the reports to see holistically how we are spending and where over time. That kind of data will ensure we will stay on budget for different categories.
Visibility into what we are spending on specific business categories. Saving me time in tracking down team members' receipts and submitting them. It is so easy for me to go in and approve or submit my items and ensure I haven't missed adding notes or receipts to any of them. Love that I can categorize different expenses and see holistically what is being spent from my bussiness unit.

Dynamic Flex Spending Limits are great! I love the automated texts once a charge is initiated. It helps track and monitor spending. Online portal is a breeze to use.
Not much so far. I haven't had to use support so I don't know if they are as helpful as some of the other card companies.

The service is really simple (on the side of the user). You get issued by your company a card, you fill in the info on a web portal, and it gets fedex-ed to you. It is very easy also to get a digital card. You can add notes and receipts to every single purchase. I don't have much more to say, it just works!
Really, nothing that I dislike about Brex. They use to notify me after using the card both by text and app notification, that was a bit annoying, but there are settings you can adjust in your user portal, so it's all good.
At my company, we used to have to expense work related purchases after the fact. Since we use Brex, it's now very simple, you get a card, a limit, and mutual trust about what you can do with it, and *voilà*
Brex makes it easy to manage the cards issued to the staff. I can adjust the spending limits based on the job description. Brex seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks. I also appreciate the support available.
I can't come up with a downside. We have no annual fees, no interest, and the rewards are as competitive as any other provider

Brex is extremely convenient and makes my least favorite task, processing expense reports, painless to get through. The convenience of the app, and the ability to upload the receipts via the phone so you enter it before you lose the receipt makes it very accessible for people that are neurodivergent.
Sometimes organizations split an expense,it would be great if Brex provided an ability to do so on the front end, making life for our accounting department easier.

The UI and UX of the product are great; it is super clear what my transactions are, where they come from and what the status is if I need to add a memo or a receipt. They keep it simple, but at the same time, they highlight things when required to take the user's attention. The physical cards look great, and the security of the weeb follows the highest security standards with 2-time verification.
I never had problems with Brex, and the only time I had to contact them was immediately resolved via email support. Honestly, I didn't believe email support would be that fast, but It was.
Brex is used at my company as a business card for work-related expenses, such as trying new software, events, lunches, flights, etc. As Brx provides, a physical and virtual card is convenient to use.
Very convenient credit card functionality. Setting team member limits, checking subscriptions made by team. UX is great. Product is moving really fast I can almost see changes rolling out live which is great. Dedicated support is helpful and really cares about customers, listens to feedback which is later reflected in the product.
A few usability improvements are needed in Brex Cash e.g multiple accounts for each receiver, more controls when sending the wire e.g. set correspondent manually etc. No major dislikes.

The feature where you can lock the vendor cards and no need to worry about cancelling the subscription from each tool.
Could be better if they could give card managemet rights separated from card creation rights.
It serves as a single source of truth for all the expenses, and helps me manage the spend. I don't have to cancel the subscription but directly can cancel the cards.
How accurate and helpful their team is. They have been amazing to work with and I look forward to working with them going forward as much as possible. Best company ever!
