I like the ease of access and file sharing capabilities. With Box it's easy to collaborate and share information with my clients who find themselves all over the world.

Collaborative document editing isn't as smooth as with Google Drive Docs but it's file sharing is better.

Coordinating document transfer from multiple clients has become so much easier since we've started using Box. Normally it would be a scramble to get everything we need for month close in order but Box has solved that.

I used Box for over a year to manage my personal files on my Laptop. It is easy to understand, had an integration to edit documents online, and I found their web conference quite informative.

I stopped using Box because my other colleagues and friends did not use it. I started Box with a 50 GB storage limit and found this was a great introduction to using the cloud.

I loved that I could embed files, edit files, and view file history.

It is a very good intuitive tool I can store a lot of essential content what I can occupy when I need it, it has an adequate integration with the Cloud and it is compatible with many formats

So far I have not had any problem, I can have all the information that I use in my work always at hand without any kind of complications.

It helps me to have all my information in one place in a secure way and be able to share it with my colleagues or work team.

I love the ability to share my documents with my colleagues and not worry about outsiders getting access. It is secure, efficient, and simple. Easily one of the best ways to store information on a cloud and give access to the appropriate parties.

Despite it’s good qualities, I wish that I could use Box as efficiently as Google Drive. The syncing process is not as refined and it slows down my productivity. Perhaps with further adjustments this can change.

We are solving confideniality by using Box instead of Google Drive. It allows a secure, authentic log-in system that discourages hackers.

Box allows me to save all the information you want in the cloud in a safe way helping the members of the company can access this content that I have saved to share, edit or comment and so you can work as a team since we have box in the company the work has been faster and more agile because all the documents I need are stored and I can work from wherever I am and this makes it a lot easier because sometimes I have a lot of work and I direct to my house to continue working with the facility that in box I have saved what I need Among all the information I keep in the cloud I have customer information but I am calm because I know that this information is safe and nothing bad will happen

I do not find anything wrong in the box platform until now I have found it very good with incredible tools of great quality that allow me to have my documents stored in a secure place

Box is a great solution for sharing and editing documents among team members. The best side of Box is compatibility with office documents which increases productivity and saves our time while working with office documents. I can create any office document inside Box app very easily. Especially mobile version of Box is very handy when I am travelling. I can create, share or add collaborators to existing document in a seconds no matter where I am. In similar platforms you need to install additional software in order to view or edit office documents. But with Box there is no need for such softwares.

The only drawback of Box is internet connection requirement for viewing documents which I already uploaded to the Box cloud. Sometimes I delete original documents from my phone and keep them in Box cloud. But if there is no internet connection I can't preview or edit such documents. "Save for offline" feature of Box is a great solution for this problem, but after using this feature my phone memory gets full.

After using Box we managed to share our ideas more faster and easily. Productivity and creativity also increased while editing any kind of document. Box provided us flexibility and convenience while editing or sharing documents.

All the files, images and videos that I have on my computer I keep in the cloud with box because I am sure that my files will not be lost and they are also safe so that we can work as a team and can access the documents that I allow and can share or edit I also upload the files to the cloud to eliminate space on my PC hard drive and so my computer has a lot of space It allows me to have the rights of administrator and have the ability to know who accessed the document to share and edit it with that if there is any claim of the edition is going to know which user did it

the storage would be much better if it were unlimited or they had a plan where it was unlimited and did not pay separately to enlarge the storage space with that would not have to delete files

The work has been made easier because we can interact with different files among our colleagues and edit it or finish some file that needs something, each person from the site where you can enter the platform and download the file without any problem

Once you figure it out, Box is easy to use. It's great because it syncs with your web as well as your desktop and if you dont have your comp your able to find the documents you're looking for on your phone.

Sometimes it was hard to make sure everything was synced and shared. There were often times we had to get it rebooted in order for a co-worker to see a shared document of mine.

We save everything so to have something that has easy access to all the documents we're referring back to us crucial!

I love the capacity for storing years worth of document!

Box is good at storing a good amount of information from many ares from the business, very easy to share information.

Difficult to find what I need if I don't have a direct link.

With box I use it to store all the files, documents, photos and videos that I have on my computer and so all the members of the company can enter to share or edit it, and I am sure that the content will not be lost because it is protected with encryption keys can open the document from any device is not necessary to open it where it was created simply enter the box page and find all the files and allows me to be anywhere and if I need an urgent document is not necessary to be in the office to open it

At first when I started using the box the registration was very complicated because I did not get the verification mail and once the mail arrived I was not allowed to activate my account. It lasted more than an hour trying to create it. It is the only bad thing I have seen in the otherwise box system to worked very well

The benefit that I like most is to be able to access this site from any part and device since it has happened to me that I have some important document and return to the office. It took me a lot of time but with Box I enter with my user and I can access to all the files I have on my computer

Box is an inexpensive alternative to a lot of storage companies out there, although drop box is free, box gives more storage, better customer service and more features. This product allows team collaboration, so it has all the best of google docs and dropbox all in one place.

It does not save all file types so sometimes you get errors and it also has limited capacity.

Being able to easily share files and having decent storage is what this delivers, ease of business is vitally important and being able to have everything in one place is a plus.

Auto direct. I wish when i moved a file to a different folder it would autodirect me to the folder I was in previously.

Ability to collaborate and store master miles, financially sensitive files, and collaborative files.

With Box, I can easily upload files to folders for my own ease of access from multiple computers, or to folders that are shared with several other people. It makes sharing files, especially larger ones, like long videos, simple. I also love that my Box files sync automatically to my computer.

The only problem I've encountered when using Box is that videos can take a long time to upload, or sometimes the upload needs to be restarted in order for it to work.

I use Box to store data that needs to be stored securely and also needs to be shared with people who work from a different location than me.

I work a lot with outreach associates and other colleagues that don’t have the same work schedule. So the box helps me a lot on storing files that I have worked on

I haven’t had any problems with the box yet. Except sometimes, when it takes too long for the file to load. But that could be ther internet connection problems too

The fact that all the employees can not be st the same place at the same time

The best thing I like about Box.com is that it's easy to use and the price is right!

Sometimes it takes a while to load and the file sharing can take longer than their competitors.

Basically, we are able to share large video files on Box and have clients review in private.

I like that drop box is simple and holds a good amount of files.

I dislike that it doesn't have more free storage.

The interface is very easy to use, especially the ability to share folders. I also like that version history is available.

The price for Box is a little higher than some competitors, especially for the smaller / non-business plans.

Version history is very helpful. The ability to easily create a direct, sharable link is also helpful. I use Box to share files with all my clients and team members.

De este programa lo que mas me gusta es el método de cifrado en la nube que utiliza. Podemos invitar a otros usuarios para que también obtengan en su registro estos 5 GB para almacenar sus archivos. Tiene aplicaciones cliente para los dispositivos móviles más extendidos del mercado, iphone, ipad y android con las cuales podrá visualizar, compartir e enviar la documentación contenida en Box. Incluye funcionalidades de colaboración que permiten añadir comentarios en los documentos, asignar tareas a los mismos e invitar a colaboradores simplemente con el envío de un enlace al documento. Su administración es sencilla e intuitiva. Fácilmente puedo dar de alta, baja o modificar la información de los usuarios, cambiar o restablecer sus permisos y contraseñas, establecer las opciones de seguridad que está establecido dentro de las políticas de su empresa. Me ofrece la capacidad de tener integraciones con algunas de las soluciones en la nube más extendidas del mercado como son Google Apps, Saleforce o Netsuite. Y por ultimo, cuenta con un agente para PC's que permite sincronizar el contenido almacenado en Box que se desee en el PC. De forma que puedo abrir, modificar y guardar un documento y sincronizar los cambios con Box para que el documento queda actualizado para todos los colaboradores.

Lo que no me gusta es que solo ofrece un espacio gratuito de almacenamiento hasta 5Gb. Otras aplicaciones web dan mas espacio de almacenamiento en la nube de forma gratis. Ademas, tiene una limitante que si posees un Sony Xperia como dispositivo móvil, regalan hasta 50Gb de almacenamiento gratuito. Esto obliga a que tengas un telefono de dicha marca y por ello no me agrada. El plan es algo costoso para la cantidad que ofrece de 1TB . Dicha versión esta muy orientada a empresas. Pero hay que tener presente que usuarios comunes también pueden tener y requerir ese mismo espacio.

Esta herramienta actualmente no la estoy utilizando porque estamos en proceso de convenios con el proveedor. Pero puedo indicar que el tiempo en la que sí lo utilice la eficacia en la transmision de informacion con el resto de los compañeros de trabajo se hizo notar. Al llegar mas rapido un documento, automaticamente hace que el trabajo sea eficiente.

Box makes file sharing super easy between coworkers. Compared to other programs, there were fewer issues and if was simpler to learn.

It was sometimes difficult to add new people to edit specific documents.
