The components of the software made it very user friendly to advance in marketing strategies that can be utilized in a much more widespread approach.

The product was not well known so could be very difficult to teach to others in the beginning

Over the time the speed and rate of production was better but most importantly the efficient of ads were much better too

Aweber is easy to use and customer service is helpful.

I prefer MailChimp. I enjoy MailChimp's level of fun.

I like how simple it is to track emails and details on clicks in campaigns. The email builder tools are really simple to use and setting up campaigns and email series is really user friendly! The support line is also really helpful and friendly if you do have any issues.

Depending on the type of campaign it's hard to use their auto builders. i.e. in the legacy followup series certain features aren't available like the social share.

We send mail campaigns and legacy follow up email series. It helps us make more sales and reach more customers. It allows us to get the content that we really believe in easily delivered to the people who want to read it.

What I like about AWeber is that it provides the tools necessary in the software to create email campaigns in a fast and efficient way.

One thing I would change in AWeber is the number of actual emails I could send at once.

AWeber is really easy to use - simple and fast to set up and get going with list-building, email campaigns, and automation. Pricing is also quite reasonable!

Email builder is fairly limited (though so are ones from competitors that I've tried). Overall AWeber is not the most advanced platform out there, but it will probably do the job for most and certainly hits all the marks for a simple solution.

We were able to quickly build lists and small campaigns at a reasonable price and with very little time or effort invested. For more advanced email marketing solutions, though, we needed to look elsewhere.

I used to not like this software at all. But they have made it a lot more user friendly now with the drag and drop and more.

I'm not a fan of how basic the templates are, it would be a nice feature to include a catalog view instead of one product per line

AWeber is really easy to navigate when designing, scheduling, and getting reports on your emails.

Sometimes the templates can be tricky to navigate. It's worth it to have a custom designed template to reuse.

AWeber is great for crafting monthly newsletter and deal updates for small businesses. We have an amazing graphics department that creates all the images for us marketers so that all we have to do is drag and drop the pieces in. We also have created text emails from scratch as well as having AWeber create a custom template for us. All of this has helped our customers get their message across to their userbase.

I loved the simplicity of the tool and thought it was user friendly. The support team was great as well, as they always replied within minutes, unless it was there "non business hours"

I disliked how there wasn't enough features. Things seemed difficult to split test and I thought they could have expanded on that a lot more

I like the simplicity of making lists and importing pdfs. It also lets me have a few different lists, which lets me tailor my email marketing to specific groups, keeping engagement high.

Reaching out to suppliers

It's easy to use and customize, as well as schedule emails to go out in the future. Stock images available are great and the templates provided are nice as well.

More font options would be nice, as well as more freedom to move images around the email where you would like them to be versus in just specific blocked areas. Also, to be able to have a text box that you can move around and overlap images would be excellent and would make emails look better and more professional. To be able to view the information of the users who opened and clicked on the emails without having to "download" a file would be helpful.

I am able to communicate with my audience in a more profound way, without having to send them messages from my gmail account.
