The platform is incredibly helpful across the board, but most helpful is their customer service and support. The Appy Pie team has been a pleasure to work with and they've been more helpful and supportive than any other platform I've used.

The only thing that supprised me and was disappointing was too find that their integration with App Sheets doesn't carry over into the reseller side.

Appy Pie's reseller system has been a great boon to our business as it almost seamlessly integrated with our CRM system, allowing simple access to the platform for all of our customers.

I would like much more user information to be collected for our demographic use and marketing purposes. THe website feature was so outdated and looked hoorible on the web. I was no able to use it after paying for it for over six months. Get rid of it or create wix style format for websites

Appy pie worked with me to adapt the drop to add features to the desired disaster response application I was seeking to create. Nicholas has been right on target with assistance as well. I was really only using AppyPie as a prototype, now it has become the actual app we are moving forward with.

There customer service is always available to help. They help guide my business app and tell me what I need to do whenever I run into an issue.

If we have an issue with our App they are always available to help. They will even resubmitt the app on your behalf.

Submitting apps not to mention building them can be very difficult. Apple is especially picky when it comes to having everything just right, as they should be. Makes for a wonderful user experience across their brand, but that means a lot of troubles for app developers. With Appy Pie anyone can haven a professional app for their business, and they are there to help with anything that comes up and they quicker to respond than you could even hope for!

There is nothing that I have experienced so far with Appy Pie that I am even the least bit unsatisfied with!

We have had ongoing streaming issues with Facebook...we stream to our website as well but one thing that is lacking is a way to send out push notifications to our customers. With an app we can use the embed video from our website have it streaming to the app where we can send out push notifications to our customers!

The upside is you always have options for help. You can't always figure out everything on your own, even the easy stuff sometimes. The trouble is usually finding the questions to ask and who to ask them to. Appy Pie gives you that channel to find the answers you need. If they can't help you right away, they keep trying.

I think the only downside is the minimal cost. It does cost to get the help you really can value, but then again, I know I can count on it.
