It's really easy to use and connect with other platforms or systems from your work company. It's really easy to navigate and create a webinar. From a brand perspective, easy for brand customization.
Honestly, it's amazing. I have not found something I dislike so far. It updates on a daily basis, so if there's a problem, which I have not had, I am sure they are working on it.
Connectivity with our donors and potential donors and ways to easily engage with them. Great solution for virtual events and replay of virtual events with multiple options for webinars.
We are using Airmeet for more than a year now and have loved the platform. The lounge area, polls, and everything else makes for a great user experience.
It is good for Chrome users on desktops only. Have faced a lot of issues when someone is logged in through mobile. Especially the lounge area accessibility.
User friendly tool for online events. Nothing very complicated.
Access to having live airmeet support on site! They were so invested in our event and it was so refreshing and encouraging for us as new users!
Really nothing! I think the colors of the platform feel a bit dark and gloomy but maybe there is a setting that I can change that?
Zoom is so basic and drab. We wanted something that really made our students feel like they were in-person. The engagement was very life-like!
I love how Airmert takes events to the next level by creating an in depth community based experience for event attendees. Ine thing that stands out to me when attending events is the opportunity to have side sessions in their company table rooms. You can hop from table to table and connect with people easier.
I don't think Airmeet gives me anything to dislike about the platform. They have a ton of features so it would be nice to have a full in depth video on YouTube or sent to me by email around each feature to watch on my own time.
It creates a place of community for our company's community and partnerships. It allows us to connect in a fun and exciting way that helps drive brand awareness.
Being able to offer my audience a different kind of virtual experience: - presentation on live stage - collaboration on tables - speed networking
Initially it was hard to get my head around how to use it, but the team is super helpful!
Offering a different kind of virtual experience to zoom
The tech is best in the biz, but the support is even better. This is a company that clearly cares about creating a truly unique remote experience.
Little hiccups here and there, but nothing major.
Blending live and pre-recorded content in a seamless way the attendees don't even notice.
The best thing about AirMeet is the team that we worked with. They were just simply amazing and made sue that everything went according to plan.
I don't have any thing to dislike AirMeet. We consider teaming up with AirMeet as a real asset for our organisation.
Bringing the world closer together as efficiently and as seamlessly as possible. We were able to reach out to a larger number of stakeholders through this platform.
We use airmeet to host our flagship events BeMore Festival and Product Day. These are very large scale (10k+ participants), multi-track, live-streamed complex events. Airmeet makes it extremely simple to setup and run, we could manage it with our super lean team. The platform is very powerful, comes with a rich set of features, and highly robust! They also offer a whole range of value added services with 24hr customer support. All in all, they really make hosting complex events a breeze!
Nothing much. It may take a bit of effort to get started since it's an enterprise tool with lots of features. However, there's 24hr real time customer support to help.
Airmeet makes running large scale events a breeze. Before airmeet we had to create indivudial zoom sessions and manage them one by one. With airmeet we only have to create 1 event and participants benefit from having a seamless experience joining session after session.
Variety of unique, intuitive ways for attendees to network and connect with both their peers and our sponsors.
It's on the pricey side, attendee matching could be improved, and the default registration doesn't provide the best UX. Also wish they stored attendee, speaker and sponsor data across events with one global login. There's no reason everyone should have to duplicate efforts every time we create a new event.
We wanted to improve the attendee & sponsor experience, provide more opportunities for engagement, and move to a multi-track content experience. We saw more engagement and now have more concrete data to share with our sponsors.
I love the features and the abilities for interaction and engagement on a virtual platform. Many of its competitors cannot compete with its features.
It's very expensive which makes it unavailable for many businesses.
It's providing a platform that allows you to have more interactive engagement and networking at a level that I'm not able to achieve with other virtual platforms.
It made our experience feel very different from Zoom! It felt like a conference!
The software uses a lot of bandwidth. Our peers in more rural areas had a lot of trouble staying connected.
The "presentations" feel like you are watching a keynote. They keep you focused, and you can engage with reactions which are fun. Then the common area with individual tables makes it really clear that you are networking and you can move around and meet different people. We had tables themed, so it was easy to find like-minded colleagues. Also, we used tables for breakouts, and it was great.
The best part about the platform is, hsoting the sessions are pretty easy, it can accomdate upto 10,000 people and also the session analytics are pretty cool
customer support can be better, also tehy should add up some extra features for segreggating registrations
Airmeet helps us reach our webinar reach ro wider audience, we reach over 100k people every using airmeet platform
The platform and the customer service support are the best aspects of Airmeet.
Occasional technical issues in the social lounge are a negative experience for some users.
Bringing people on and off stage.
Intuitive, seamless attendee experience. Versatile tools to enhance audience participation. The customer support team is fantastic! 24-7 virtual support lounge with real people. Constantly evolving and making improvements to the platform. Near instant reporting on event performance.
It's not 100% perfect but still an excellent platform. If I had to nitpick, I would say the email builder and event templates could be a little more flexible but as they are, they serve a large base that wants less cumbersome designs. At the same time, we provided feedback on the builder and the product team took it into consideration and made significant improvements! Talk about stellar support!
Lead conversions, attendee engagement, audience profiling, ease of use for speakers for webinars and events
Table construct is something which I like the most. Again hosting events is another functionality that you can use with the chat feature as well as the Q&A feature.
The loading time is quite high and the video and audio should be auto-off while opening for the first time. The raising hand option should be there in chat rooms.
I am working completely from home and working in an EdTech firm, All the classes are held on Airmeet and as an employee, we have our virtual meetings on the platform.
