I have attended a bunch of learning sessions held by communities on Airmeet! Love the interface and the slick design. The chatting experience by taking seats at tables is too good. Also, customer support is quick in resolving queries. Would highly recommend :D
Nothing at the moment. Will let you know if I come up with any :)
Attending sessions, networking with folks
The Airmeet platform is very dynamic and helps you create virtual events at your organization. My favorite Airmeet feature is the Lounge space and how dynamically it can be used.
I particularly dont have anything that I don't like about Airmeet. However, one thing that could improve is the speed networking interface. They can make it more customizable by the organizer.
The biggest problem that we are solving through Airmeet is to provide a unique virtual experience that mirrors physical venues. It is an interesting platform to host large events online.
The interface of the entire platform is very convenient which makes it a very easy to use platform
Nothing as such. Have to explore more to find.
Conducting meeting with colleagues has become easy by using Airmeet
There is no need to download a seperate app to join the meeting. Large number of participants can join at a time.
Nothing in particular. Overall had a good experience.
Multiple participants can join at a time. No seperate app download required. Easier way to connect and host meetings. Provides an immersive experience.
It was real in virtual feel. Every experience and touch points were humanized. It was really amazing
There was nothing to dislike. It was seamless and above expectations
I am currently making all my physical engagements real and in this virtual world, it's helping cope up my business
Easy interface, multiple options to stream the video based on my internet connectivity, access to recorded events, great graphics for virtual themes for events.
Excessive design elements, aspect ratio of non speaker panelists gets auto reduced, it should be customizable based on the user's choice.
Virtual meetings can be hasslefree, there were issues with video quality earlier but with lots of options like audio only/ low quality video, etc meetings can be organised quote efficiently.
The Quality of streaming and interface of the app
Sometimes it's hard to navigate between panels during events with parallel sessions
Attended virtual events during the due course of my MBA. Easier and efficient track on virtual fests with multiple scheduled events
It's very light on my system and it has most of the options I require
There are some features that I require seldomly require but importantly
Knowledge transfer to wider audience. Meeting with colleagues across geographies
Easy to setup and use with minimal supervision. The customer support and service is impeccable and leaves no stone unturned while solving the problem.
The platform can be developed according to different client profiles.
Engagement and reaching a wide audience with minimal supervision as a host has helped my event immensely
Quite seamless, easy UI, great that sessions can be recorded as well.
Slightly complicated UX, graphics can be made better
A platform exclusively for virtual events and conferences. No financial benefits for me
I like the easy sign up for airmeet. The round table before session to interact with other attendees. The chat feature
Lack of supprt from airmeet team. They don't respond to queries swiftly
Arranging for team meets and sessions becomes easy with airmeet.
I love that we can brand the experience. The "event stage", exhibitor booths, and tables all have unique features to enhance the attendee's experience. It's better than just looking at a screen of webcams 100%
For the most part, Airmeet satisfies what I expect from a virtual event platform. I wish there was a little more interaction in the matters of moving an avatar/bubble around the event space. This concept however is currently being employed called "Fluid Spaces". It is still being worked on but when it is polished, I expect nothing less than amazing for Airmeet users.
Attempting to re-engage people virtually after having Zoom fatigue. You won't have that endless screen of webcams like normal. Smaller breakouts are encouraged!
Airmeet is easy to use, clean and has a whole host of brilliant features to make your event stand out.
It needs some work on accessibility options but having spoken to them there are plans in place on their roadmap.
You can bring people together from around the world to meet, discuss, learn and network. It's the greener way to do events & gives you access to more people.
The online platform is very sleek, easy to use, and engaging. The networking tables are a great feature and really help keep the audience engaged virtually as well.
I wish that Airmeet had built-in ticket types that could be different without using an additional platform. I also wish there was an in-person check-in functionality.
We now have a streamlined online experience that is intuitive for our users. Also it gives us an added bonus of professionalism for our events that we have such a robust tool.
Airmeet has a backstage, where speakers can talk with the host before going on stage. Also, Airmeet makes it easy for participants to engage by asking questions, voting, clapping, and participating in breakout rooms. And the 24/7 staff are amazing and always reliable.
Between sessions, there's a good 15-30 second blackout/countdown. I wish this could be optional and removed. I also wish the backstage mics were muted as default. Video quality issues do exist, even when using Lo-Fi options and high-speed 5G internet. I wish participants could engage just as easily on mobile rather than desktop only. When users register, they fill out a form that uses awkward vocabulary like "Designation" - this seems to be commonly used in India where Airmeet is from but can be confusing to others who are more familiar with "Title" or "Position." Also, I don't like being charged for the number of registrants rather than actual attendees, as this could be manipulated by others. **Please note that while there is a lot of information here in the dislike section, I still believe Airmeet is better than any other platform.
I'm able to host online pitch events where startups can meet investors from all over the world. And it's so much more professional than using Zoom. It seems like a real event rather than just a casual online meeting. We can also start the event with intro videos to make it look even more professional. It's a great experience, and I get amazing feedback from participants anytime.
