It's probably not necessary to say that Premiere is a foremost pro-level video editing program. Without having used competing programs at the professional level (such as Final Cut Pro), it's hard for me to say how it stacks up. I will say that its virtually seamless integrations with After Effects and a host of other Creative Cloud programs make it a dream for a broad-spectrum creator. Being able to port over my graphics from AE or Photoshop is great. Bugs are few and far-between, and usually resolved relatively quickly. And Premiere's inclusion in the Creative Cloud membership makes it an affordable no-brainer for any creator from the semi-professional level on up.

The new Title feature is clunky, frustrating, and ridden with bugs. I continue to use the Legacy titling feature. A few other recurring bugs are minor but consistent annoyances (such as the program crashing when applying a simple Sharpen filter).

We've made hundreds of videos for online classes and YouTube. Our online classes form our primary residual income source, so Premiere's role in creating those videos has been crucial.

Adobe Premiere Pro is super easy to use and the controls are quite intuitive, but the software is also really robust and powerful. Depending on your skill level, there is so much you can do to enhance your video. It's an amazing editing tool that allows you to go deep into your project. You can completely edit audio and color within Premiere. Plus, the Dynamic Link feature that you can use with other Adobe Suite products can help you take your projects even further.

Keep an eye out for bugs in updates. Sometimes these are minor bugs, but a bigger bug can really put a damper on your editing experience. The Adobe team is responsive in their online forums, and do a lot to help address issues and find workarounds.

I love this program! I get most done with this. As a video editor, I know how to use other NLEs, but the creative cloud integration is the main reason anyone should use Premiere. For the most part, it's codec agnostic

Premiere is prone to crashes. And the corresponding app, Premiere Clip could use some work. I'm having problems with it because of the Apple iCloud. So that can use some improvement.

Missing a few shortcuts when trying to move multiple clips. If you select multiple clips on the timeline then go to the effects screen you cannot move the position or scale of those clips together. So if you have 6 logos that you have placed on the screen but need to move them all to the left a bit you cannot do it. You have to nest the clips in another sequence. Needs fixing for speed.

Premiere is a cost effective way of producing high quality videos. The speed is the best benefit. Premiere Pro very rarely crashes, which is good when working on high dollar video projects. There is no time to be re editing something that you just did.

Premiere is prone to crashing on slower systems. However, Premiere Pro has a great ability to ensure that it retains your work. I have rarely lost anything in a crash. However, it gets annoying to have to reopen the software. It can take awhile for all the media to load and playback. The sequence can also be choppy during playback when edits get more complicated. The program also can not use its warp stabilizer when using video that is at a different resolution than the sequence.

I am easily able to edit videos for my business. I work on projects in various resolutions and frame rates. It can be difficult to edit them all together, easily and seamlessly. Warp Stabilizer is a life-saver when it comes to shaky video.

Great options and tools for creating video.

Crashes/bugs that make user experience frustrating from time to time, but solutions are usually released in a timely manner. HATE how the title layers changed to the text layers, makes using a lot of text difficult.

I love the interface , I love the semplicity , I love all the plugins , color correction , grading , and I love that they have many differents workspaces.

The only two things I would like to improve are : 1. Multicam 2. Open more premiere projects at the same time An other thing that i don't like is that you have to pay a monthly licence now , last year you could just bought the program , now you have to pay every month.

I am using actually Sony Vegas and Premiere, I am a big fun of Sony , but in editing programs Adobe it's just the best.

For the most part Premiere Pro is fairly intuitive. It makes editing a breeze! It being a part of the adobe suite also allows you to easily switch it up, and edit media in another program like After Effects.

Cloud based subscription service means that once I cancelled my membership, I lost access to the entire program (instead of just the updates, which was the case previously)

It's a very straight forward program, very simple to learn and use.

Our company has a creative cloud license, so I get to use premiere pro through them. I’ve used both Final Cut Pro and premiere, but find Final Cut my go to cutting tool.

Although it’s more old Final Cut Pro like, for some strange reason I find the interface clunky now. I find I can work faster in Final Cut.

I have worked in Premiere for over 6 years, and it is always my go-to for editing- anything from a basic family video to a feature length independent film, Premiere can handle it all. Adobe Premiere Pro allows users to access a wide array of tools to craft the perfect video. From basic cutting and color grading to motion tracking mask effects, Premiere Pro makes it possible to work through every step of post-production in one single application (although the integration with other Adobe stuff like After Effects and Photoshop makes it that much better). Additionally, the interface is similar to other Adobe offerings, making the transition between programs relatively easy to handle.

System optimization can vary, depending on how powerful and current your computer is. In addition, the export options between Mac OS X and Windows can vary, making it difficult when collaborating with editors that have different operating systems.

As a professional video editor, I utilize Premiere almost daily. The interface allows me to complete projects quickly and intuitively, while the wide breadth of tools allow me to easily handle visual effects and color correction .

Ease of use, 24/7 support, constant updates, it's becoming more and more widely used which makes my job security increase.

There's really not much to dislike. I think our company has been waiting for proxy support and team projects but we haven't explored implemented the new updates into our workflow, yet.

I love how APP has all the tools that a movie producer needs but also can meet the needs of someone who just needs to edit a simple video for web or marketing purposes. I also love how it integrates easily with other Adobe products such as Photoshop or After Effects. The real-time editing from different programs is impressive!

I dislike how every time there is a new version of APP that comes out, the previous version gets replaced and previous projects are not compatible.

I have been using Premiere for my entire career as a video editor. It is easy to learn, has a clean look, and always runs smoothly. There are so many things you can do within the program as well besides just cut a video together. Audio editing, graphics, color correction - these are all things that have their own programs, some within the Adobe creative suite, but actually Premiere covers them all in a simple way. The program is also often updating and improving, adding new features with each release.

Sometimes when there are updates everything isn't quite smoothed out yet and you run into bugs here and there. Sometimes crashes as well. But as long as you're always saving your work it's never a real problem.

I do almost the entirety of my work in Adobe Premiere, so I'd say it's solving all of my problems, and the benefits are endless!
