The speed is awesome. I can see and manage everything from one dashboard. The plugins are really intuitive and easy to use. The support is prompt, friendly and one of the best I've seen. So basically everything.
well it's hard to think of any. I would maybe like to update my 10web plugins from WP dashboard to rather than 10web dashboard. That would be a game changer.

Nothing really. As this is mandatory, i will say the prices of the plugins are little bit on higher side for the voluntary associations like us.

The platform is very well organized with very advanced tools you have to pay extra for at other hosts such as plugin management, performance evaluations/tools, image optimization, security tools, etc. The team is responsive and knowledgeable with support requests.
The alternative version of the Elementor page builder should be replaced with basic Elementor and an add-on pack that includes all the extras that `10web created. It's confusing and not really helpful to fork such a critical component of web building as users don't really know what the differences are and why it is done and if it will be maintained. It also propels a vague sense of lock-in.
I need performant yet affordable hosting for my web projects and a support team that is responsive to simple and complex issues. I like having a comprehensive backend where I can see all of my projects. The fact that there is also a built-in functionality of remote site maintenance is also a plus.

The response time and the quality of the support team. If the problem is persistent they take over and everything will be back to normal after some time.

You can get inspiration from other websites that you like and use them as a template for yours.
Not super easy to swap out pictures or drag icons and widgets exactly where you want them.
With 10web I don't have to start from scratch when building my website.
The single sign in feature on websites which are connected to 10web is very good

Nothing - the plugin doesn't work for months.
The Instagram plugin doesn't work for months when IG is upgraded. They keep selling subscriptions knowing that it doesn't work and when you contact them they offer you extensions. This time, when they got the pluging working again, it didn't recognize existing settings/data so all had to be manually set up again. I asked for a refund but they didn't want to give me this. I would stay away and find other IG plugins.
Was trying to have instagram feeds on my website but the plugin constantly stops working when IG/Facebook make changes.
