Zoho Mail is a component of the wider Zoho ecosystem–a popular choice among small to medium enterprises. It’s preferred for smaller organizations that are working with smaller budgets. The platform offers access to mobile applications and other productivity features, at very affordable rates. Zoho Mail is also secure. The simplicity of the control panel is certainly an advantage and it provides a big-picture overview of communications.

It's pretty straightforward and easy to use. We don't have to spend a ton of money and it allows us to easily track campaigns, data and emails
There are certain plugins that work better with google which can be frustrating when you want to use that application
Managing emails and appointments. Easily tracking data
Ease of use, simple sign-up process, inexpensive, no ads
Not as reliable as Outlook or Gmail, UI needs work,
Business communication and productivity, Simple email service that provides basic email capabilities for a start-up or a small/medium sized business.
The team at Zoho Mail does an excellent job of making its user interface look nice and clean. The software loads quickly and the service has been stable with no major incidents of downtime.
The clean appearance of the user interface seems to mask complexities that lurk within the system and can cause for integrations to have surprising behaviors due to the complex interactions between different services that Zoho Mail attempts to weave together in the user interface.
Zoho Mail has solved a problem of a reliable mail service that delivers quickly and has a consistent track for staying online with very few interruptions. Overall, it has been a reliable service that has been frequently used by our team.
This mail service can be used on personal and enterprise tier, i've tried to set up my website's own mail service, for the first time i was overwhelmed by the amount of options that Zoho gives you, trying just the free version to taste their service, what i liked the most was the wizard, helpfull at 100% if you didn't know how to set up MX- records, or what they are, also, their help section is very good, consice, to the point and with pictures to help you out set up this, even though there are a lot options with zoho i think is a very good tool as a free option to personal or small business, once you've reached the set up the use of your mail and log in and giving others their account is not that hard, i'm still learning about it and hopefully to make another review soon with the premium option.
I´ve made a mistake in the configuration and had to delete everything and start all over because the wizard couldn't finish the set up, this was my fault but i think the wizard should be a little more friendly when you don't finish the set up, like sending you an email with a link to finish the wizard and don't get lost in the procces like me.
Our web host didn't provide us with mail option, so we´re testing the free tier from Zoho to see if works for us and upgrade if neccesary.
I use zoho mail through their webmail interface because I jump around from one computer to another and I don't want to install email clients. It is a very good interface overall.
The "replied to" flag si not properly synced over IMAP, meaning team member can't tell if an email has been replied to by a different team member, except by checking the sent mail folder for a reply.
We use them primarily as an IMAP email provider. I like their webmail interface but it has a few significant issues.
The ability to manage user accounts and the ease of use are the only positive things we can find to say about this.
While it does integrate nicely into the Zoho CRM, so do many alternative email options, and the other options offer far more comprehensive solutions at a price point that is equal (if not better).
We thought to try it as we are already using the Zoho CRM. We found that integrating other email solutions into the Zoho CRM resulted in better productivity and effeciency.
Zoho Mail is reasonably priced and easy to use
The lack of comparability with marketing automation services and crm company wants you to use their own crm and solutions.
Was easy to use as a mail provider for Talentseek however have since moved to Google for business
I like the look of this email interface.
It doesn't have all of the capabilities I would like. You can't copy and paste excel grids, which is something that's important for me to be able to do.
Trying to find something simple to use with great look. It is easy to use, just doesn't offer everything we'd like.
More and more companies seem to be offering integration with Zoho, which is neat. The company seems to be adding more features and updates.
Copy/paste behaves oddly. It seems to capture the html or css code of the text, not just the text. Even when you try to remove formatting from text, it retains hints that the text was copied, rather than directly typed. There is a limited amount of storage space per email address before your email accounts become locked on an individual basis. You have to either delete old emails by the bucketful (not an easy task) or purchase additional storage just to gain access to your email account again.
One of our branches uses the built-in spreadsheet function to track upcoming openings and prospective candidates for those openings. My manager sync's the calendar with her personal cell phone, so she can see what's going on with the branches.
My favourite thing about zohomail is that it has the best interface I've seen from most of the professional business email hosting services
I could send emails from zohomail but unfortunately I was unable to receive any emails and the delivery error messages came like a over 24 hours later
Zoho provides a platform for you to host business emails
Nothing really. The only thing attractive was the pricing, but that proved to be detrimental as the deliverability was the poorest i've ever seen.
All emails end in spam support is terrible Zoho wont provide a refund after cancelling and paying for upfront for the year.
It was supposed to be a primary email. It did not benefit at all.
Zoho is the worst email service. Spam fills your inbox while important emails always end up in spam. There is nothing to like. Zoho support is a joke
Everything. Zoho is the worst. Reading an email does not mark it as read byou have to open and reopen emails several times before it is marked as read. Usually you have to refresh inbox for this to happen. Zoho email is a giant waste of time. Reading messages on mobile does not appear read in web client. Again Zoho support is a joke!!!!
None. They create more problems than solve. Moving my business to Zoho was the single worst decision of my entire life
Works like your typical hosted email service, very configurable, easy to set up and get going. Works fine till something does not.
Poor support. We're having a problem receiving emails sent to email accounts hosted on ZoHo from a particular domain that worked fine till about a month ago. We can receive emails from this particular domain on other email accounts hosted by other email services (like gmail for example). Opened a support ticket with ZoHo Mail, no response after 4 days, called support - got no answer was on phone for 30 min system would say "you are caller number 1" but I did not believe that after waiting 30 min unless they only have one agent on phone support.
So far the problem we are having with ZoHo Mail has not been solved.
It worked at the beginning, but they offer a free plan and then they start to block accounts as soon as you start sending emails. If you don't want people to use your service without paying you shouldn't be offering a free service.
They mark accounts as spam when you're trying to reply leads on a campaign. If they detect you're using a similar text they
They forced us to go and pay for Gsuite accounts
Ease of uploading a template. They have support. Video embed tag.
The WYSWG editor is lacking as is the the ability to create custom templates. Reporting is minimal at best. Even the resource/image library is lacking some basic functionality.
Sending emails. Some are getting delivered.
What I like about Zoho Mail is that we get the 5 mailboxes for free with a new domain registered. Not only that you also get a suite of productivity tools most of which are free
That when upgrading to the paid version of the email services I would have to upgrade all accounts and not just have additional mailboxes with the current mailboxes.
Getting a cheap secure eamil system for a small business. having acess to suite of application that can help my team communicate and grow.
Zoho offers a great solution for both business and personal email hosting. Integrating our domain name within Zoho was fast and easy and their customer support was responsive. We found the performance and email deliverability to be excellent. Their user interface is organized and easy to understand. I think it's a great solution for business owners looking for secure email hosting. I've recommended them to other business owners.
There's not any downsides to them I can think of. They offer a strong suite of of products for business owners and ZohoMail has been one of my favorite to use. I've used them for over 12 years!
ZohoMail has been excellent for both my business and personal email hosting needs. They've allowed me to reliably keep in touch with customers and friends. They are secure and very good at filtering out spam emails.
I recently signed up for Zoho mail, which was only $1 a month. No other company can beat such a sweet deal like that. Their design is so easy for anyone to use as well!!
Nothing. It's perfect and straightforward to use for any user. Their design is easy for anyone to use, and it's only $1 a month. I couldn't find any other company with that ease of use beating that price!
I signed up to get a professional company email. I was shocked 'pleasently' to find out they only charge $1 a month! I thought it would be too good to be true but it is true. Their user interface is even easier than I expected.
Zoho Mail provides a free plan which is really good compared to other paid business email providers. The free plan on Zoho mail is sufficient for me as they provide up to 5 users for free.
When someone sends me an email with images, the images won't load, I have to load the images manually "using the display images" button, which sometimes is very frustrating. I recommend keeping an option to safelist some senders
Zoho mail is a reliable business email provider, I have been using Zoho Mail for a year I have had no issues in sending or receiving emails. In case of any issues in configuration, the Zoho support team is excellent.
User interface is very attractive. And we can customise as per our liking.
Need to add members always one by one. It should be a group like we can select one group and send a mail to all of them on a single click.
Not a single problem I have faced
