Zoho Assist is secure and reliable, and at the same time very easy to use, it is web based, it is compatible with any device. I like the UI for how intuitive and concrete it is, it is also very easy to navigate it, Zoho Assist allows us to remotely assist clients or colleagues without problems with just a few clicks, just provide the session ID, guide them to access the web page and you're in; I like the mobile app, personally I use it very often on my android device and it works great.
While in an active section Zoho Assist tends to slow down other tools that I may be using simultaneously, which bothers me a lot because it does not allow me to finish other processes quickly.
Zoho Assist allowed us to assist our customers in a secure way without problems and interruptions, since we have been using it it has been easy to assist them remotely to solve their issues regarding the connection to the Internet service provided to them, and even help them to validate other aspects in their equipment that may be affecting the proper functioning of the service. Zoho Assist saved us a lot of time in resolving customer issues.

There is not much to dislike about Zoho Assist as I have been using it for quite a long time in fact since I started my career but never faced any issues with it.
One of the main problems it solves is the need for instant, real-time assistance that can be provided remotely, without the need for physical presence.Its secure connections also ensure that confidential information remains protected.
It's very user friendly, best thing is it works really well on tablets and mobile devices too. For us that is a big win since we use a lot of them and need to reach them from time to time.
It's not quite easy to label items in the program itself.

Unattended access is a great feature; remote support in a single pane is also excellent and been able to use in Windows, iOS, android, mac OS, and Linux all in a secure environment, is great
File transfer during live sessions, as long as i used it, feels slow when compared with other vendors that, of course, are much more expensive; it is not an issue but could be better
We are a company located in 6 different countries, and a big part of employees work from home; IT support is found only in one of these countries so being able to remotely assist all of our internal customers regardless of where they are located is just great and definitely a game changer

Zoho Assist helps me out on a daily basis! I can remotely connect to my devices unattended for free! I never wanted to open ports for RDP and Zoho Assist has fixed that issue!
The fact you have to download an applet and it doesn't automatically uninstall after the remote control session, is a downside as the end user has to do it manually.
With Zoho Assist, I can easily connect to clients devices when they need support and I can connect to my servers remotely!

Works great for sure screen sharing in a meeting, but I also use it for unattended access to a Linux machine that we used as a print and file server. The client is much easier to use than a VNC client and the server portion is just as lightweight.

Zoho assist needs its own app for sure. It gets slow and clumsy sometimes, I don’t know the reason but sometimes it even gets slower while uploading or sharing data. And if you think to turn to the support services, you might get out luck which is quite frustrating at times.
