We have tried other cloud desktops but none compare to the simplicity of V2 cloud. I like the drop box option it has for Mac users. I love that if I have any issues customer service has a quick turnaround time and have the ability to share screen and help fix whatever issues you may have.
Any changes you make on your desktop is for your account only. If you want changes done on all employees at once then it will have to be done one-by-one. Emails can be a bit tricky if you would like to use it on the desktop as well.

The V2 Cloud has been an excellent solution for me as an individual user. It has provided me with a windows desktop to run software 24/7 without interruption. The setup was beyond simple and easy, with lightning-fast support to answer my questions and solve issues.

The ease of set up was great and required zero technical skills. Any questions were quickly answered by the support which is responsive. The system is very fast and in the first two months I have not had one issue with reliability.
The only criticism so far is that the support is not 24 hours a day and as I am located in Europe there are some gaps in support hours.

The service is as easy to manage as it is to manage a local computer and the support has been outstanding.
I've had to add more space and Ram, something I didn't anticipate. It's pretty easy to add if needed and thankfully V-2 Cloud support will alert you when additions are needed.
We have been able to successfully transition from an in office to a virtual organization without having to lug around multiple desktop computers, hire technicians, purchase additional equipment and software or custom build a solution.

Sometimes, clients need stuff done on Windows. Also as a traveler, I may get blocked by some clients' VPN, so having a desktop that rings in North America is useful.
After testing several Daas solutions we have enthusiastically settled on V2 for the simple fact that it works as advertised. We have no issues with any re-direction and we love the ease of over-all use and the amount, or lack of administration needed. The most surprising and probably the most important is the responsiveness of the support team, we have had no issues not only contact support, but getting all the resolutions resolved in a timely manner. The solution is very fast and responsive, and even caught the eye of some of our most critical and skeptical users.
The only thing I would like to see is better resolution on video, if possible. Also, I would like to see if the option can be added to use 2 out of a 3 screen setup if possible.
We are moving to a Cloud based solution to offboard in-house management of the systems, and also so we can access our desktops from any location or platform without the need of having to use a vpn. Also shifting security and backup solution to a third party source is the way to go since Daas companies keep up-to-speed with the latest and greatest security solutions. The benefits are clear that it is the future, and that it will be a clear benefit especially when we do not have to purchase or keep up with higher end physical equipment/hardware.
System works very fast, haven't had hardly any downtime, adjustments to permissions are easy in the admin side, east to add more memory, desktop application allows multiple screens, so much better, faster, and less downtime than summit hosting. We all kick ourselves for staying with summit hosting for as long as we did now that we have V2 running!
I wish the desktop application would allow multiple screens but not all screens, I'd like to run 2 screens on V2 and have the third be my standard screen. Web browser access is nice but quickbooks struggles to print checks correctly out of it.
We run quickbooks enterprise and ecc webgility through V2, access for about 5 employees and no problems whatsoever, it's just so much faster than our previous hosting solution, works like it should!
I have to wait no more than a minute for a response from their team whenever I have a technical issue.
Wish I could afford more space. Wish I could set up a VPN although this may be automatic with the service.
A while back my admin department blocked me from using any software that they had not approved. In my search for an answer I found V2 cloud that allowed me to set up a virtual computer that allowed me to by pass the admin rules and load any programs wanted.
Convenient access from almost anywhere, multiple ways to access, and highly available. Decent Value.
This is where a strength is a weakness. Not sure of the alternatives to v2 Cloud, but my experience has been 99.99% positive so I have no reason to go elsewhere.
Ability to access personal email and online searches from most any location. I am able to test and verify apps and scripts without hosing my personal laptop. Without V2 Cloud it would be difficult at times to complete certain job-related tasks.
We use V2 for out team's cloud desktop. Easy to manage and the support is top notch. They are very responsive and helpful.

We needed a cloud desktop so we could control the working environment of our remote team. V2 has helped us do that as well as control access to our other services.
Being able to work with clients in a secure way. As an accountant I am able to assist my clients with their accounting needs in a more efficient way.
I have to do updates on the accounting software very late at night as my clients work late too.
My clients can have me look at a problem quickly without having to give me a back up file. I can get them reports and reviews quickly. My clients are very happy with it as well.
I have been using V2 Cloud for about 6 months. They have the best customer service ever. They always answer the phone or return a call within minutes. I love the feture rich admin portal.
I do not like that when you open the VM it takes over my whole desktop computer. I know that you can change the resolution so you can still have access to your desktop icon but it does make everything smaller. I know this is an ongoing problem with RDP connections.
I have been able to work from any ware in the world using V2 cloud. It has helped me employee more offsite employees.
