So far, so good! I chose ScalaHosting primarily because of their reputation for excellent customer care. While I haven't fully utilized all the products and services I recently purchased, my interactions with their customer service staff have been excellent every time. I have high hopes that their dedication to quality service will continue in my ongoing experience. As for the features their platform seemed to provide all the seacurity features I was looking for and the control panel is easy to use even for a non expert person like myself.

I have not found anything negative yet.

ScalaHosting's Spanel is user-friendly, easy to implement and integrate. I have been with ScalaHosting for many years, and recently I signed on a three-year package with them to support my frequency of use. I enjoy most of their features such as free SSL (love it!). Lastly, their customer support is the best I have ever encounted, they are definitely a problem solver and possess high EQ. Respect to their professionalism. Thank you!

They have a really quick customer support, able to solve any problem I am facing at the moment.

With 11 years of preferring them, there are many things I could write but I don't have enough space, therefore I can summarize it with the following, the stability of the servers, the excellent service, the speed in assisting me, they are always available 24 hours a day.

ScalaHosting managed VPS is very easy to use and implement. Their customer and tech support is top notch! They are very responsive in resolving any issues. I have tried VPS with at least three other providers and ScalaHosting beats them hands down when it comes to features, reliability, and support. The versatility and ease of use of their SPanel compared to CPanel or Plesk was a huge plus for me when choosing ScalaHosting.

It has provided me with managed hosting. I don't have to worry much about the server and I can focus on the developing the websites for my clients.

Besides being reliable there are sometimes when you have issues. Scala is always there and I have never had a problem in getting things resolved. And in one instance they came to me and said that while things are working well it could be better and moved me to a different server. I loved them being proactive. And they were always in contact during the process. I am very happy being with them.

Some times I wish I could get someone on the phone, but that is only because I am old school.

Making sure my web site is always up and running.

I used to self-host. Keeping up with updates, security, and all the requirements for Email servers to not be flagged as spam became overwhelming. With Scala I don't have to do hardly anything. Plus it is great that I am not charged more for additional Email addresses, features or domains. I finally have freedom! The couple of times I needed support, they were punctual and answered my question perfectly.

I have been a ScalaHosting VPS customer for almost 2 years. As a web designer that has dealt with a lot of hosting companies, I can say I've found ScalaHosting to be one of the best. The SPanel platform they developed has a very intuative interface, and they are always improving and innovating. In many aspects it is just as good if not superior to Cpanel. They recently added new staging and backup features and am excited to try them out. Server performance has been phenominal for me, especially with running WordPress websites. The few interactions I have had with customer support have been positive, and very timely. Overall I'm happy I found Scala, and hope they continue to provide a quality service.

Email filters and spam settings / control, I find lacking and sometimes frustrating. I am hoping that will be a focus of improvement in the future. Their prices might be fair for the services provided compared to their competitors. I know VPS services are expensive. So far I've been able to make it work with my small business, hoping that can continue.
