Improvements needed: - 1. System lags a lot, we need to open multiple screens to work. 2. Multiple sub-screens are getting opened to update a single piece of information. 3. Needs a separate chat window for the messages sent by the customer. It becomes challenging for us to search the chat between the task notifications. 4. In the project dashboard screen, after opening the project and completing the task, if we come back, the page doesn't remain the same, and again, we need to search for the project name; this takes more time. 5. The chat screen needs to improve, as the real-time update takes more time to load the chat. 6. Rocketlane mobile app is required for ease of use. 7. For updating the time for the task, it loads one time and suddenly disappears again. We need to select the timer again; it consumes a lot of time.
As mentioned, we have come out of manual work and started using the tool, easing our concerns.
What I like best about Rocketlane is that I can keep everything organized and all of my projects are in one place. I can make sure that my tasks are done with the reminders I get everyday.
The only thing I dislike is that if I have too many projects at once, the system does slow down a bit. But Besides that, I have not had any issues and would 100% recommend!
Rocketlane is helping keep track of what has to happen next in a project. It has helped us keep everything organized and in a timely manner, get everything we need to get done. It has solved our running behind issues on setting up our clients.
Timesheet filling is the best part here, it helps the executive and manager track every single second spent on each task. Easily we can create tasks for each project as per our needs and we can also select that task type like a public task that can be visible to everyone or a hidden one that can help us to track our progress internally.
It lags when you move between tasks in the project section under any project. Sometimes finding your name under your organization project will be difficult because of lots of users/ e+employee in the organization. For this, we can have the search option to find yourself.
It's solving the daily briefing problem to the manager, through Rocketlane manager can come and check my daily work, briefing and progress in a single area. By rocketlane my clients can also see the task and project progress under the project that is shared with them.
Rocketlane is easy to use with ways to customize for your organization. You can add as many tasks and as many milestones as you need for each project. You can add as many projects as you need. The best thing about Rocketlane to date (having used it for about four months now) is the responsiveness of their tech support. They have made updates to the product itself in response to my requests. They also respond with detailed steps to solutions. Their customized Product Fields allow me to add information I can sort and search on for each project. For example, I have 82 projects happening right now across 82 companies. This can be overwhelming, so using customized fields and filters, I can quickly see how all my schools using a certain database are doing or which companies have not started on a given task, etc.
Their response to email is very quick, but I would love their Help Desk / Knowledge Base to be more robust. This would help me answer more of my own questions without having to reach out to a live person.
My company needs to re-onboard all of our companies every year (about 350). Trying to manage the organization of this with a very small staff is overwhelming. Rocketlane has helped with two main problems: 1. Organizing onboarding so both the customer and our company can see their progress and when they have completed it. 2. Having visibility by all team members to know what is happening with all of our companies at any time of the day or night. (We work with international companies, so this is especially helpful.)
I like best part in the RL is tracking management system. We can easily track our project where project is land. In RL we can easily fill our time sheet and see all tasks
If I talk about cons that some times it gives down time error and it is very big to load in browsers.

I am able to filter Tasks that have been assigned to me in an easy manner.
I am not able to see "Customer Name" and other Custom Fields in the list of my tasks.
I am managing my Customer Success project with Rocketplane. It has helped templatise our Projects and sync their progress very conveniently.

Option to change logo in the task should be there.

As a budding product, there are some expected features that are either absent or not fully developed. The team at Rocketlane has been responsive which has resulted in the release of new features and others prioritized on their roadmap
We have moved away from managing projects in spreadsheets and now operating in a systematic way with Rocketlane templates which we can track project progress and gain data driven insights and trends

Thanks to Rocketlane I don't have to use multiple tools to communicate with clients. It's very easy to track the process, documents and any messages that pertain to the project.
It was simple to implement. Having customers own the task with a target date made onboarding on track.
The landing page could be enhanced with the Highlevel status of all the projects.
It has made our onboarding simple by implementing a process to track the progress of onboarding our customers. We have also started using it for our POCs as a Project Management application. It helps us to keep track of the progress with a target completion date in mind.
After a deep analysis of cost/benefit, we decided to go for Rocketlane as the main Onboarding tool. It is really user-friendly, we can see all our projects and make sure we track progress, without ever missing any task or notification. It also integrates with a lot of other platforms we use on a daily basis which is very handy for internal processes.
Notifications are a bit hard to track. If we don't go inside the project we might miss some chat message because it was lost in the notifications list
Contact with the customer and transparency of the different tasks and phases of the projects. Not having to use e-mails for that again.
Rocketlane has a great customer collaboration portal and Timesheet capabilities, which is easy to integrate with other products and use. It is very user friendly.

We are trying to solve our onboarding process, resource management process issues we are facing interms of streamlining the steps in onbaording our customers, Collecting data for all the implementation we might have to perform, Consolidate the progress to send Weekly status reports, create dashboard for leadership to give them visibility on the current projects and the blockers. Financials is something we'd like to explore a little better ensuring we see the revenue. But that's for a later stage. We are using Reports majorly, which gives a very holistic view of how delayed or early the tasks and phases are being completed.
