Ability to setup/manage multiple newsletters as well as the ease to customize content, look and feel of the newsletters, as well as ability to add our own articles and promotional images with links to the templates. Also, the "free" level makes it easy to implement and test without a significant commitment in order to prove value to stakeholders.
Trouble connecting MX records for some domains (something they are still working out).
We've implemented rasa for a number of different reasons. Setting up specific newsletters to: - monitor feeds to send specific information to sales teams to use as a nudge with prospects; - minimize alerts from multiple sources around educational information we want to stay abreast of internally; - and setting clients up to create a more consistent, interesting newsletter for their subscribers - some who previously were curating content to share but no longer had the time; others who hadn't gotten on a cadence of sending quality information regularly - this solved that issue and increased engagement with their list.
Simple to use. Easy to create newsletters. Great value for small businesses. Company is super fast to respond to any questions or issues.
It wasn't obvious at first that you have to "turn off" articles otherwise they cannot be used at a later date. Once we got past that hiccup the first week, everything has been great.
We're a small company so we needed an easy way to develop a value-added newsletter. Rasa.io does that with flying colors. We used to spend many, many hours designing our newsletter. This has shortened that time considerably and made the newsletter more interesting and well-rounded.
I like that I can set up my blog feed, podcast feed, and a combination of my favorite sites’ RSS feeds to populate the newsletter with my own content and links to content I’m reading that I think my audience will appreciate. Bonus: Rasa.io integrates with HubSpot, so I can easily use my HubSpot lists.

This newsletter system is a time-saver with all the bells and whistles. Imagine that you can run an A/B Testing on your newsletter campaign. Easy Right? Now, imagine you can do A/B/C/D/E/F/G/... to ALL your audience. Here is how it works: First you set your Schedule, RSS feeds, set your desired look and feel of the newsletter, add your logo, add your offer, and add your links. Second: (YOU ARE DONE) you do not have to do anything else. This fantastic A/I system will randomize Subject Titles and articles and show those articles to your audience depending on what articles they opened in the past. My open rates are through the roof and the engagement is great. I maybe change a few graphics and some of the links every month but That is it. The best newsletter system by far.
The only thing I think they can improve on is Reporting. You get reporting on your dashboard however in other platforms, there is a way to print branded reports. I have been in contact with Customer Service about this and they are working on it. However, If I ever have a question or need an explanation of any of the reports, Erica with Rasa.io is always helping me when I have questions. She has been always available and very diligent to answer my emails.
Automation is the best benefit. Everything Rasa.io does, you can do on your own. However, I do ALL of my newsletter tasks in 10 minutes a MONTH. Not kidding. Once your newsletter is set with feeds and design, YOU ARE DONE! the system will get good titles, articles and add them to your schedule. automatically. You get an email a few days your newsletter is scheduled to go out so you can review it. Done! I love it.
I really like the AI content offering and overall look and feel.
The fact that the pricing changed overnight and is much more expensive for 50,000 messages. It was originally quoted at $225 and it is now $299.

The platform design is easy and takes the drudgery out of content curation. It allows us to leverage other content for our purposes. The analytics that we get are unique to us, but reflect what our content resources provide. It reflect trends that they cannot access of obtain.
Nothing. They have been great. No issues.
Breaking into our metro markets. We can launch cost-effectively and powerfully. That makes us a player out of the gate. It is our strongest leveraging tool.
The platform is an excellent tool that will automate a process that is currently time intensive. The product created is something I am proud to share with clients. What is great about Rasa is the Customer Service/Account Team. They are responsive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. As a "baby boomer" user I had concerns about training and generational learning – I can say without a doubt, the Rasa team alleviated my concerns, were professional and made me feel comfortable with their product. I hope to escalate our firm's use to the next level once I am fully comfortable – I can see this as an excellent tool for my organization's Marketing/Branding strategy and goals. Special kudos to Molly who has been amazing.
Have not found anything I dislike at this time.
We do a weekly newsletter and currently source and identify our own articles - it can be time intensive. Although we use an email platform, it does not have the AI capabilities of Rasa. With the trend for personalization, we believe this will be an enhanced vehicle for our client audience and provide information to them that focuses on their specific interests. It's a great brand recognition tool that educates and adds value for our reader.
Customer Service and Accuracy Incredible
I can't think of anything at this point.
1. Time savings. We have a small staff. Using rasa.io's AI email solution enables us to customize a member benefit without any labor from our staff. 2. Member engagement has increased. We see unique weekly open rates that range between 45% and 55%, our average open rate is 49%, and our average click-through rate is 16%. Having an extraordinarily high level of weekly exposure with our subscribers is invaluable. This is a great automated way to ensure our messages to members and our important articles are getting absorbed. 3. Increase benefits at a low cost. We are able to customize the look and feel of the email template, make sure the most pressing content we want to get out is at the top of the email AND, their customer service is so amazing - no vendor headaches (I actually look forward to chatting with them). This is a benefit that we are seeing a return on our investment and we are very pleased. Lastly, rasa.io's product is a technological solution so inherently there are going to be issues that need to be fixed. One time we received a heads up email about an error they made (this is the sign of a great company...honesty). Their “error rate” is so low and if there is an issue, they communicate with us (their customers) and get ahead of it. They're very responsive and really work to educate/inform customers. I HIGHLY recommend them as a vendor and their product.
