Pipefy is great at centralizing communication and enabling timely actions from Pipe users.
Sometimes the # of Pipes that are created can cause an overload in the work that is required to manage the Pipes.
The system has enabled us to track Manufacturing orders in a more timely way.
The possibility to have all the processes in a Kanban view, including the automation for emails, advice and pipes connections.
Some fields' limitations (as calculation mode), this could be improved to became a complete system.
We are managing a big export operation with about 400 processes per month. We are able to follow the dates and shipments, to avoid delays and extras costs.
The entire Pipefy team is easy to access and communicate with (by email or through the platform itself). All problems are always quickly resolved. Pipefy have an easy and good looking layout that is easy to navigate. The process can be adapted and customized to different demands and needs and it has multiple support tools. It's a very tech and innovative platform. In addition to its own tools, Pipefy interacts with other platforms in a integrative way so you can have "all you need" in a one single place.
I can't really think in one thing that I dislike about pipefy. It's really a very complete work tool. It even offers videos and guidelines to facilitate navigation and deep understanding.
We organize the entire company process inside pipefy Speaking for my company, we center all our info and data inside Pipefy, from the client's contract to the final product delivery. It's a secure and easy to manage platform, by using it our process is always organized and registered. We can organize our pipes (kanban) according to our demand and use the platform tools to facilitate our work, saving time and gaining efficiency. The user is the one All the processes are easily automated for example: sending emails and deadline alerts.
I love the Sprint panel, probably it's my favorite feature, because I can organize my weekly tasks in a certain period, helping me to focus in the most important things.
I am not 100% sure if I like the way that the modals are. I don't know, it doesn't look well. Sometimes I can't understand what pages I am seeing, the user flow confuses me.
I am taking off all the cards I have made on Trello and sending to Pipefy, because I can organize them so much better. The custom fields makes everything easier.
What most caught my attention are the automation. I can do a lot of repetitive things automatically. This speeds up the job a lot. I also like the e-mail templetes, I can create e-mail templetes and automatically send these e-mails to those responsible for each process. There are many amazing tools in pipefy, which help work to flow in a better way.
Personally I have no serious complaints against pipefy, just a few small things that would make my job a lot easier. For example, the expiration of the cards is defined by a day on the calendar, I would like you to have an option to set a time and in working hours, but there is no such option.
Pipefy helped me a lot to not only organize but to optimize all processes within my company. Using this platform, I was able to find the points where there were more failures, which processes could be taken, and which needed to be improved.
Pipefy has everything that you need to organize information even with free plan. The platform is very customizable, and the automations you can do make your life 100% easier. Also, it is an excellent tool to share information with other people in your organization.
Today I don't have native integrations that I need there. I have to use other solutions (such as Zapier) to send my leads across different marketing platforms.
Today I use the platform as a CRM to administrate my Sales Funnel and commercial process. The implementation gave me and my team clarity about who is taking care of which lead, in which commercial part of the process the lead is, and also shared information about the client's feedback. The golden point for me is the automations. We use them to send e-mails reminding us of the deadlines to do our tasks, and also sending automated e-mails to our site's leads to make a meet appointment with our sales team.
I have tried several other process management or similar tools in the market, but Pipefy still gives the most 'bang for your buck'. I like that it solves problems quickly and easily. That is a major feature because most of us do not have the time or resources to manage a big burdening software. We need simple and fast solutions. Pipefy is simple and fast.
It takes a while to get acquainted and used to the user interface. That can cause difficulty to some members of the team who can find it overwhelming at the beginning. It must be used for a while before you become productive.
We are standardizing the accounts receivable process for an insurance broker. Automating emails and reminders has taken a lot of repetitive work from the office clerks. They can now concentrate on exceptions and problem solving for better customer service. We plan to move to dashboards next, to keep managers informed in real-time.
We are in a transition phase, we had a lot of problems with time management, projects were always late before... Today, with cards in kanban, we were able to go further and reduce our delivery times. In addition, we are now able to know which phase each project is in.
The screen may have more customization options... as sometimes we need more information, being able to resize the images more would be a good thing
In terms of problems I can mention delays in the execution of internal projects, lack of visibility of the phase that a project is in, lack of time control in each phase of the project. Regarding the benefits, I had the solution of all the problems and thus the satisfaction of my internal customer. Another big benefit we're having is that sellers no longer need to call our pre-sales team to find out the status of the request, sellers can go into a dashboard and see the updated status of their requests.
I like the flexibility, ease, and objectivity in building and automating my processes. All of our processes are in Pipefy. We were able to integrate company task management in one place. Public forms are undoubtedly a tremendous Pipefy differential. Because of him, interactions with applicants who are not members of the tool became much more accessible. We do not find an equivalent function in other process management software.
Integration with connection fields is still limited. It is currently possible to embed only one record in connection fields.
All of our processes are in Pipefy. We were able to integrate company task management in one place. We initially decided to automate the expense reimbursement process. Through this process, we have achieved greater engagement with other users. Due to public forms, interactions with applicants not members of the tool became much more accessible. We do not find an equivalent function in other process management software. Then we added new processes until our entire quality management system (now ISO 9001 certified) was in Pipefy. Thanks to Pipefy, we were able to digitize 100% of ISO 9001 without the need for documented procedures or the use of spreadsheets and PDF files.

The pipefy has many features and something I can't follow the updates.
The organization is the biggest problem solve with Pipefy, the flow using pipes and cards, with automatization, like send e-mail and create other cards when a step is finished, gives a fast flow and granted that any project or task don't be forgot.
Easy to use and 100% independent from IT. It helped us implementing and organizing a new business in literally a day!

The thing I like best about Pipefy is that it is an easy way to stay organized across departments. Especially with our industry, telecommunications, we have to keep on top of our sales process, onboarding, wrap-up, etc. Moving our customers through different pipes and having the ability to write comments and customize your sections is a great way to make sure nothing slips between the cracks.
There aren't any dislikes about the platform; it is well organized and highly customizable.
We used to have onboardings and communication fall between the cracks. We would have to constantly update each other on where we were in the onboarding process with our customers. With Pipefy, it's a much more seamless transition for both our customers and our staff.
It is able to integrate many tools and systems with, like database systems as an exemple.
It is unable to calculate numbers automatically yet. I must to calculate and write manually. There is not a special field.

Pipefy prompts are so abvious; you know what is required which helps you better prepare the details you need to provide on your brief. The steps of the process are easily tracked which holds all those responsible accountable - reminders come with prompts of what needs to be actioned.
This one is hard to find at this stage because the Pipefy Team is so helpful and patient when helping you through it. They allow room for failure through practice which helps you better understand how to use Pipefy - I think this is key to ensuring their system accurately represents itself on what it can offer.
Everybody assigned a task is accountable; bottlenecks are easy to track to address the challenges they could be facing. Clients can be part of the process; they get to see the progress of their briefs - which I believe aids the approval process from their side.

The experience using Pipefy as an automating processes platform is extraordinary, once it is easy to manage, fast learning, and user-friendly. It's liberating to use a platform where you don't rely on third parties to operate and build your automation scenarios. In addition, the financial gain from such implementations is accurate since human resources will be redirected to more meaningful and profitable tasks for the company, adding more value to its results.
I would like to have the option to build an automation with two or more outputs as actions to be performed and not just an automation rule for an action performed.

The platform is user-friendly, really easy to model simple and complex process for your company. The company releases new features at a good pace, and the support specialists are fast to answer questions and doubts.
You cannot make calculations (yet!) on pipefy, create portals inside portals. The e-mail tools need a little bit more features and more resources for creating e-mails templates with more design.
