Microsoft Azure is a cloud computing service created by Microsoft for building, testing, deploying, and managing applications and services through Microsoft-managed data centers. It provides a range of cloud services, including those for compute, analytics, storage, and networking, allowing users to pick and choose from these services to develop and scale new applications, or run existing applications, in the public cloud.

It is a cloud platform designed to support large data analytics. It provides unlimited storage for structured and semi-structured data and it can be stored any type of data.
Azure SQL database only file system storge in Gen1 and also Hot/Cold storage tier not supported in Gen1 and we can increase Blob storage in Gen1 because of limited advantage in Gen 1 compare Gen2.
We can easily connect through mulesoft and as well as Anypoint MQ and SQL database performs faster as much of our expectations. Can secure and can easily interact in mule.
Microsoft Azure provides lots of services to their users in a cloud-based environment. Azure provides an automation API and SDKs for cloud application development. It provides good documentation for all the services.
Microsoft Azure provides well-established services, there is no dislike within that I feel.
It provides detailed services for creating cloud application services. It gives a lot of serverless tools to develop a cloud application. It provides different ways to integrate cloud services, and hosting. It makes development easy.
It's highly available. It also has good security features and is cost effective.
I don't like that I always gave to stay on top of things like monitoring the server. You also need to be very proficient and knowledgeable to have it run smoothly, and I am not.
Easily able to access the cloud regardless of physical location.
I like how Microsoft azure has very many data centers across the world to ensure you can retrieve your data whenever you need them. I also like the speed which you can create apps and test them quickly before making them go live. It has very powerful machine learning and AI capabilities that are very useful in analyzing huge amounts of data in a short period of time and give useful feedback in real time. It has great templates for many services that reduce the time you require to design and market.
Microsoft azure requires a lot of maintenance and monitoring to ensure that all your operations run smoothly. It also requires administrators with expertise in cloud service platforms to ensure all services and processes work properly. Apart from that it has added so much value and efficiency to our company and it us a very reliable cloud service platform.
We implemented Microsoft azure in our company about two years ago so that we would move most of our on premise operations to the cloud. This has enabled us to be more agile and has given us more flexibility in our core processes. It has really helped our developers to create quality apps quickly and troubleshoot any issues with them with ease. It provides a central place where people can collaborate and work on.
The azure dashboard is a minimalistic and sleek design, I love it.
Azure dashboard little hard to use and the contents are overloaded.
It manages my organization's devices through Azure AD
Azure is very user-friendly, with a short ramp-up time. It has good customer support.
Compared to its competition the pricing may be a little on the higher end.
I have used the Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Cosmos DB. Both of them helped me develop my project in a quick and reliable way.
Azure virtual cloud is better then aws vpc
Not now in my knowledge because currently i am working on it
Azure vpc is more beneficial to me.
its cost effective and the learning curve is well supported with tutorials. azure also supports scalability and high data security
I dislike that need platform expertise to make maximum use out of it and need management which makes it difficult to adapt and make use of in first place
provides me with infrastructure to buy and deploy apps without having to pay for it. that makes my work more easy, productive without hastle
I loved the documentation of azure and guided videos
It should be made more user friendly as a person with minimal knowledge can also have access
It is best to host
Always up. No downtime as per my experience and easy to use
Nothing much I can say right now , i like most of its features
To save data in the database in cloud , so that we can access it anytime without any down time.
High-Speed files accessing using Azure FXT. Its UI is also very intuitive. Because of its user-friendliness, the job becomes much easier and saves a lot of time because of its high performance
As of now, I have not disliked anything however I have a few concerns regarding security although all cloud storage has some level of threats.
I am working on a cloud project where I need some storage and with Azure AXT, I am getting hybrid storage with better accessing performance.
By using cloud-managed SQL, you can create applications that are specific to your company's requirements. Hyper-scale storage and cloud computing without servers that can be quickly adapted.
SQL Database is expensive up to a point where I'm unable to "sell" the management department on using it. It costs as little as 380 dollars a month for the most basic implementation (not intended for production use). In the event that you already have an on-premise SQL Database environment, convincing anyone to switch to the cloud can be difficult.
Deploying across geographies in compliance with PaaS relational database solutions for various products. It is an ideal solution to ensure compliance with various regulations and laws because it is possible to host the database in various regions.
The ease of creating virtual machines irrespective of the underlying operating system. And there are multiple ways to create one like GUI, commands. One can choose based on their liking.
There is nothing to dislike about this awesome software as virtual machines scale automatically based on resource utilization.
Time saving through ARM templates. When you want to create multiple virtual machines on a regular basis, there is a concept of using ARM templates, which makes deployment easy.
The flexibility of scaling the data is good compared with other service providers. A wide range of scalability options is available. Simply Visualize and move the data is the good part about it.
Nothing I can think about. Because none I have witnessed so far.
I have huge data sets which need proper scalability for demanding customers. Since I am working on the insurance domain, here the data is the key part. The portability of data across platforms and proper virtualization works like a charm for me.
Azure FXT provides the user with an experience of true high speed computing. The technology embibes file access at a very high rate that gives increase in productivity by many folds. The hybrid storage tech guarantees the storage environ for the new age cloud based networks and also enculcates the On-Prem storage with superior speeds of access and delivery.
Yet to find out. However the implementation does take a lot of information handaling if the earlier systems are not properly inventoried and mapped out.
Hybrid storage enables data availability almost anywhere on planet. With FXT, It also secures the same.
Easy to use, can create any VM of any technology in a fly
Too many things at one place to check good and bad in both ways
Quick turn around time to create any VM, shutdown/delete or recreate, Cloud LB etc
The interface is simple and useful. You can distribute any application you want. It is pleasant that it provides remote and direct access to the machines. It's good to have support for IOT products. and an application that has an integrated structure with all other microsoft products.
I am generally satisfied. I don't have any negative reviews. could improve some points. A little expensive for the price
It is pleasant that it provides remote and direct access to the machines. in this way, it allows you to manage your machines remotely without any problems. All mobile servers and Branch servers
1. SQL database with managed cloud architecture. 2. Auto-scalable Clusters on demand. 3. Fater query execution and data retrieval and management. 4. Cluster management on demand and auto back up and preferred availability. 5. Data protection and security and encrypted format, so there is a minimal security breach.
1. cost is basic factor. 2. Customer support is another issue.
