Celonis is a good tool for process analytics

There is area for improvement. I dont like the front end gui with the whole moving the objects - I wish we had the ability to put in the axsis manually. Most importantly I wish there was some sort of versioning or source control in place, it becomes challenging when multiple developers are working on one task.

Some of the KPI's where we struggled to get hands on where readily available like cycle-time, re-work rate, automation rate, cost per item, uncovers hidden inefficiencies, compliance violations and bottlenecks in the process. Ability to develop custom KPI and analytical reports with minim efforts are a huge bonus.

built in help on the PQL with examples would take the customer visions a long way. Celonis should be made all browser compatible (some short falls are noticed in Internet explorer ex: export to excel from OLAP table)
