Capsule CRM is an incredibly user-friendly and efficient solution for managing your business on a day-to-day basis. One of its greatest strengths is the ability to customise different sections according to your specific requirements. It is not only a cost-effective CRM, but it also exceeds expectations by seamlessly integrating with popular tools like Outlook, Xero, and other essential business software. As a growing business, Capsule has greatly benefited us. It empowers us to track opportunities and share valuable insights among users. The 'task' function allows for seamless follow-up on leads and prospects. I particularly appreciate the feature that enables reporting on the value of opportunities, which helps us create anticipated turnover forecasts. The generated reports are exceptional, providing insightful snapshots of our business. Additionally, these reports can be easily exported and integrated into our monthly reports. Moreover, I have been consistently impressed with Capsule's Customer Services team. They have always been prompt in responding to our queries. Whenever they couldn't support a specific request, they took the time to understand our needs. They either provided alternative solutions or, impressively, created new functions on the platform that benefited other users as well. Having experience with various CRMs in the past, I firmly believe that Capsule is the most cost-effective, user-friendly, and streamlined option available. It stands out as a powerful tool for efficiently managing business operations.
Nothing! Capsule has met all of my CRM needs and more.
Capsule allows us to manage our data base to comply with GDPR and also opportunity tracking
Capsule is very easy to use and very easy to configure. In my last firm we had Salesforce with took a year to implement for 30 users cost nearly $100k in fees. We are only two people but got 90% of the configuration/functionality of Salesforce in a few hours with no integration fees and at a great value.
Just started to use the Office 365 integration which is great
Manage sales pipeline, contacts, meetings, notes, correspondence - single vison of contacts, links brilliantlt with Xero
The price-point of Capsule CRM fits our small business budget without sacrificing features.
Having additional API integrations would be very useful, however, the API's available are still quite robust.
Capsule CRM has helped us to organize our leads and customers and has allowed us to increase our sales and productivity in a short period of time.
I have set Capsule up for several clients in the past, when I ran my own business helping SMEs to systemise & document their business processes, so now I have a "proper" job and when my current employer asked me to come up with a simple but effective CRM system, Capsule was of course my first choice! My main priorities were: ** Simple to use - clear interface that's easy for anyone to pick up ** Easy to set up and adapt to our own requirements - plenty of customisations of fields etc ** Great value for money and monthly billing (if it turns out they DONT like it, there's no major issue! They love it by the way!) ** Easy to expand for more users as and when required ** Fantastic help screens and OUTSTANDING & friendly support whenever its needed
Not really dislikes, but things that could maybe be incorporated in updates? ** Ability to set your own options for default opening screens - eg Sales Pipeline in list view with a specific saved list showing ** Ability to sort saved lists by ANY column, and by clicking on column header instead of going into settings ** App to connect with Outlook so as to avoid having to look up opportunity dropbox addresses
** Capture of new contacts via website ** Capture of opportunities - even when at early stages of discussion prior to quotes being prepared (previously hidden in the 2 x Directors heads and their overflowing, disorganised email inboxes!! ** Full visibility for both Directors (and prospective buyers) of pipeline values for the business.
Capsule CRM has customizable filters for tags and data tags. Capsule CRM supports multi factor authentication. Capsule CRM integrates with a lot of other popular software platforms that we use internally. And using Zapier we are able to take the integrations even further as we were able to integrate with our phone answering service.
We could not find a way to add data tags in bulk. While it's not a deal breaker, it would be nice to have this feature.
Our business is able to organize our prospecting and client list with the ability to filter these contacts in many different logical ways (across verticals, based on size, based on opportunity, based on products or services they have or do not have, based on where they are in the sales process, etc). From there, we can easily manage ongoing marketing campaigns and update any changes with ease. We never understood the power and potential of a CRM platform prior to using Capsule CRM. We were referred to Capsule CRM by a fellow colleague and we are so glad that he made this recommendation to us as it is now a very integral part of our solution stack.
It doesn't take long to sign up for Capsule and get started with new cases and opportunities. The interface has a light and pleasant design that is comfortable for me to use. I don't feel like it's too technical a platform. I can go in and understand, for the most part, what each section is for and how to add and edit information in it. I like being able to add tags to various data elements so that they're all connected within the same category, which improves our overall organization and focus.
Capsule isn't incredibly advanced compared to what some other CRM platforms offers. There are no substantive automation capabilities that would allow us to run email campaigns and other types of marketing activities that could steadily nurture leads towards a conversion. The per user pricing for the most premium plan is on the high side, in my opinion.
We were just looking for a simple CRM platform that could help us log and keep track of activities and assignments, which Capsule has done fairly well. The user interface and usability is basically simple for most of us that use it. It's a solid centralized portal that we can use to connect with each other to provide updates on pipeline progress and to collaborate on planning campaigns and lead follow-up actions.
Free for longer than most others, integrations, ease of use.
It is set up different than other CRMs I have used so it takes a bit of adjusting but worth it.
Saving money! It costs less and does the job just as well.
Easy to use, quick to implement, cost effective for the needs to smaller teams with non-complex use cases
Support isn't live chat, not as comprehensive as other established CRMs (but the cost reflects this fairly)
Pipeline visibility, project management, contact tracking
