Calendly makes it super easy for my vendors and colleagues to book appointments with me.
I wish it integrated better with outlook to manage my out of office schedule.
Saves me lots of time when dealing with scheduling.
So easy to use and set up appointments. As an educator it is so easy for my students to schedule times with me.
Haven't found anything yet that I don't like.
Emiminates back and forth to schedule a meeting.
Calendly allow me to seamlessly organize my meetings and client review with little effort on my part. It puts the power in the client's hands.
I have not found a downside to using Calendly yet. The last program upgrade took care of some of the concerns that I may have had in the past.
Multiple client meetings by the same agent can easily be handled through this program.
I regularly work with students 1-1, and using Calendly to schedule a time that works for us is easy and convenient.
While it integrates my Google calendar, it doesn't always recognize other meetings outside Calendly. This means I might end up with more meetings than my set limit because some were scheduled directly on my calendar).
Less back and forth with students via email, which gives me more time to work with them directly.
It is the most useful and easy tool I have found to schedule appointments between the different parties I have to work on. The personalization of the events are great and the customization you can make to each one of them is very easy and makes it look very professional. I use it for my everyday work and to provide an easy way for people (customers) to connect with me.
I know there are many other functionalities that I don't use right now because I don't have that need, so at this moment I don't find an down size to it.
Saving me to send Tons of emails back and forth.
Calendly makes it easy to schedule with customers, and it eliminates a ton of back and forth. When I was a CSM I didn't have Calendy and way too much of my day-to-day was wasted on back and forth scheduling. I love the messages and question you can add to each booking link to ensure both you and the customer have the info you need. It's easy to use and customize.
I'v seen minor confusion about timezones from customers, but I think it mitigates more timezone confusion than any it causes.
Calendly makes it easy to schedule with customers, and it eliminates a ton of back and forth. When I was a CSM I didn't have Calendy and way too much of my day-to-day was wasted on back and forth scheduling. I am so glad to have calendly now to eliminate any frustration that comes with finding a time to meet across timezones. It helps me stay organized and makes the experience so much better and more professional for clients
I like that Calendly links to my multiple calendars so I am not receiving scheduling conflict notices. Calendly also let students see when I do have availability to meet because it blocks off those times I am not. Super easy to use and set up. My students use it weekly to schedule time with me.
The paid subscription per calendar and per virtual meeting platform does create somewhat of a hardship for those people who have to pay for this platform out of pocket.
Working with Calendly makes it easy for colleagues and students to schedule time to meet with me. I have 15 sessions and 30 session links in my calendar based on the type of meeting they need.
I love how Calendly is able to provide my ever-changing availability based on multiple work calendars.
Maybe more offers of asynchronous professional development. I am pretty sure I am not maximizing all of Calendlys offerings.
Calendly is preventing me from double booking. It is also providing an easy way for staff members to schedule appointments with me independently.
It is a huge time saver! I am a recruiter, so I am constantly screening candidates. With that said, when a candidate can directly book time on my calendar, it makes my life a lot easier. It is also super helpful across various timezones.
I wish there was a way to add more "blocks." I don't like lunch meetings, but I am not able to block these hours on Calendly. I have to do it manually on my Google Calendar.
It saves me a ton of back and forth with candidates. Also, when a candidates has to cancel, they can do it direclty through Calendly, instead of having to contact me.
The produce is flexible and user friendly
I recall an issue where having multiple calendar events with public-facing links allowed recipients of the links to schedule calls back-to-back with calls scheduled from different event types. I believe this was because the "buffer" feature was event-specific (hence, if you wanted to always make sure you had 15-min between one type of call, a different type of call could be scheduled back-to-back with it because the buffer does not apply to OTHER event types).
It allows us to have different types of canned calendar events. It is also helpful that it sends reminders to the people who are invited to the events.
Working with Calendly has been a user friendly experience. It gives you the ability to customize your availability, meeting types, and event details allows you to tailor the scheduling experience to your specific needs. I like that it scyncronized with my CRM platfporm.
The downside to Calendly is that it should give a meeting reminder indicator.
Calendly is allowing the leads to make direct contact with an officer, by scheduling a meeting.
As a recruiter, I love that I can use my Calendly account to schedule screens for myself, interviews for hiring managers, and all other kinds of meetings. It's easy to use & functional. Syncs with my Outlook Calendar & Microsoft Teams links for virtual meetings.
So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about Calendly.
As a busy campus recruiter, I am always running around between the office, various universities, and several different kinds of meetings. I can use my Calendly account to schedule different kinds of meetings easily - and I don't have to then send the actual Microsoft Teams link for others to join me, since Calendly takes care of that for me. I use it for recruiter screens for myself, interviews for hiring managers, and all other kinds of meetings. It's easy to use & functional. Absolutely essential for me as it syncs with my Outlook Calendar & Microsoft Teams links for virtual meetings.
I don't have to think about scheduling anymore
i am not a heavy user so i have no complaints - suits my needs
Trimming down back and forth of scheduling with timezone challenges
Makes it very easy to book meetings with customers. Include the link in my signature and allow customers to schedule meetings with my calendar. Easy to customize when you want to make yourself available.
Have to pay to have several meeting durations.
Avoid having to email back and forth to coordinate a meeting time.
Calendly is, hands down, the easiest way to meet with someone next to your desk or across the world! You can set up specific events to share, or create a landing page where all your event types are shown. You can even make a routing for that asks questions, and gives the user the correct event to schedule with. I use this on a daily basis with all my customers, and the ability to integrate with several platforms can get set up in minutes, and works flawlessly! the only time I needed to reach out to Support, I had a reply and resolution in the same day!!
I would like to be able to customize the slug for routing forms.
I no longer need to have a thread of emails just to figure out a time to connect with a customer. I can send them one link and they are able to find a time that works best for them and my schedule.
It is a simple online tool to schedule demos and any meetings being requested by other people looking for a day & time available in my calendar.
No dislikes at all. Calendly does everything I need for scheduling demos and meetings.
I needed to automate my demo booking with clients and potential clients online.
Calendly is very convenient to schedule meeting with my clients. It eliminates the back and forth email conversation or phone call to set up a meeting. It lets my clients pick the date and time and automatically adds it to my calendar and sends out an invite to the client as well. Calendly lets me set my working hours so that my clients can pick accordingly.
Calendly pretty much does what it is supposed to do, so no complaints from my end.
Calendly eliminates the need for elaborate conversations and instead provides slots convenient for both parties. It saves a lot of my time in scheduling meetings.
The program was easy enough to figure out pretty quickly so I was up and running faster than I thought it would take. It's so refreshing to find a product so easy AND use useful.
So many features are available to see and choose if I wanted to from the start, many of which I don't need now or maybe ever. There was a slight amount of overload before I could actually sort out what I needed to get going.
This program is so popular and has come to be expected in the professional circles I travel that I was basically forced to put a booking instrument in place. Besides increased credibility, it saves time going back and forth when needing/wanting to set up a time to speak. It also allows people to book the appointment at their convenience, not when we can have a phone conversation or emails to book the session.
Easy to implement and use with multiple email platforms. Love the chrome extension!
Optional add-ons could be added to the free model
Efficiency on calendar scheduling and professional look
The ability to customize the types of events, and self-service for the candidates and have it sync on my calendar and platforms.
Depending on the plan purchased, it may impact the outcome or experience.
Automation, self-service, syncing between systems, real time changes
