Buffer has really been helpful in scheduling posts and contents on customers Social Media platform, it has drastically helped us increase engagement and drive more leads .
Buffer does not allow scheduling for story posts this makes it slightly difficult for us to completely automate our services.
Scheduling and posting of contents on social media platforms. This has helped reduce the workload and made us work with multiple companies.
I like the simplicty of this tool with which I can easily schedule posts across all social platforms. I can connect all my important social media accounts such as twitter, facebook and Instagram on it and it smoothly schedule it on social media. The analytics feature let us know how our social media posts are going. We can also figure which time is working best for us

There is nothing to dislike about this tool
This tool saves a great deal of time as we can schedule posts in days or weeks in advance. These posts get a lot of engagements & likes using this tool. We can analyze our posts and see which time our posts are performing on what time and we can improve upon it
The ability to schedule out - ahead, in advance - image-heavy social media updates made my life at work 100% easier for my 4-year long tenure at a professional services firm. Campaigns became themed by week or holiday, contained quotes, images, calls to action - included multiple posts in a single day - and involved twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. At some point, an API configuration changed and I was no longer able to post to our company's LinkedIn profile through the platform; which was a bummer. That one social site became the only manual update I made. ON the flip side, I reviewed and replied to comments and monitored the likes we received, but it was sooooo hard to do all at one time (create, post, engage). Buffer closed the gap and made my social marketing worthwhile.
It was easy to forget to go back onto the pages themselves to check how the audiences were reacting; I'm embarrassed to say it was about a week before I noticed the likes and potential comments I'd still need to tend to... luckily, no harm done.
Being a one-woman marketing department of a small but busy company became easier - my social sphere of influence was larger - thanks to Buffer. Benefits included more reach on campaigns where I used social media channels as a traffic driver back to the company website.
What i like best bout buffer is that it is so easy to use this smm tool. I can easily attach all my social media pages to buffer and schedule posts across all social channels. Also, i like the analytics feature of this tool which let me know how my social media posts are performing on different social channels. I like the visual representation of report which makes it easy for me to understand what went write and what went wrong on social channels
This tool is best and I have faced no issues with this tool
Using this tool I can easily manage my social media publishing and it saves a lot of my time and also I have seen the engagement of pages going up because I can analyze the best posting times for all my pages
Easy to use for my 3 social media platforms. I can schedule up to 10 posts
Probably more to do with Instagram, but how the image posting has to be a set size.
Saving time with one post to the three social media platforms.
The best thing Buffer provides us is posts scheduling feature, it's really useful to get our blog posts live at a given time and I can even schedule posts for many days. Overall, Buffer is a must have for Social Media users who can't spend waking every hour to post.
Honestly there isn't a lot I dislike about Buffer but sometimes the hashtag lists didn't displayed correctly and errors can be shown when tagging someone's profile. Overall, these cons are only very small ones and it won't stop me from using Buffer.
Using Buffer our overall productivity is greatly increased, after using it we don't have to waste time to manually schedule each post on every social media channel and we can also use both of our mobile and pc's for this job.
Buffer makes it easy to pre-program my social network postings and I can also manage several different accounts from one place. At our marketing company, it is also easy for customers to understand and use on their own time if they are on their phone or computer, I love using Buffer to plan my social network strategy. This is what I like most about this: 1) It easily integrates with Twitter, Facebook, and linkendin. It works with Pinterest and Instagram, but I only use it for Facebook, Twitter and Linkendin. 2) You can use it for free for up to 10 programmed publications at a time (as of this writing) and this allows you to be sure that it works for you and your needs. 3) The team behind Buffer is fantastic. The few times I needed to contact support helped me right away and my problem was solved that way.
Here are four things Buffer could do better. 1) The user interface can be a bit clumsy at times. I think I could use a makeover. It's not terrible at all, but it can be confusing to find out. 2) Sometimes the extension doesn't connect properly and gets stuck in a load pattern. 3) I often have to go and re-authorize Twitter or Facebook to work again. It can be annoying to do this over and over again. 4)Connection problems occur quite frequently with LinkedIn; this may be more on the platform side than with Buffer itself, but nevertheless it is frustrating. In addition, Instagram features can be limiting, for example, not being able to schedule a video publication (or choosing a suitable cover image for the video). In general, these drawbacks are only slight and do not prevent me from loving Buffer.
As a person who manages marketing in all fields of a company, including its traditional advertising, website maintenance and content, with HR next door, the buffer has allowed me to stay up to date with social networks without worries. I can take a day every few weeks and implement a plan that will run in the background while other tasks consume me. It's a real lifesaver.
The UX is simple and easy to navigate. Very user friendly.
The fact that Buffer Reply and Analyze are (somewhat) separate platforms so it doesn't feel all inclusive in the user experience.
When I used it at my former employer (working on-site with the client), we used it as an enterprise platform where 50+ users were able to create and publish content on their social media channels.
feature to post the same content to multiple platforms. It also provides an option to manage the posts that has be posted to social apps. It also gives you an option to track number of views on each posts you have posted using buffer. I have multiple accounts in different platforms and i just select the accounts to post to and fills my content it takes care of posting it to all selected platforms. It also gives you option to schedule a post at a specific time and date. It will just fires the post at that time to the selected platform.
Its nothing serious dislikes, it would be more good if it also provides an option for direct messages also.
Posting the same content on different accounts over different platforms, managing them. We can also check the insights of views, reached to, and many.
I love that you can schedule the content on multiple platforms. It allows you to keep all social platforms congruent with the similar content.
So far everything is good other than the photo and video compression aspect. It should auto compress rather than me having to go back and fix it in photoshop of premiere all the time.
It has saved me more time overall. Having to post everyday by hand is no fun.
I like knowing that i have posts taken care of for reaching users in different countries and different time zones.
Sometimes it doesnt connect with instagram very well.
i dont need to post content on the spot, i can schedule it for when im off the clock.
Buffer makes it seamless for anyone to organize their social media, and assure that they can advertise it efficiently.
The pricing seems a tad bit expensive for the average user, but overall a really impressive product.
I am solving my social media marketing problems with Buffer, and it makes it fast and easy to accomplish.
I like that I can sit down and schedule out posts for the week in one sitting.
You need to purchase a subscription to have access to schedule more.
I’m solving the problem of not having time to post to social.
Buffer is a simple, beautiful, and easy to use social media management software. It's great for those with a smaller budget and just starting out or those who don't like working with technology. I love how Buffer integrations with so many different platforms and the Chrome extension are beyond easy to use and make it simple and quick to collect content for your queue. Overall, you should be able to get it up and running in an hour or less with little effort and you will love the setup and ease of everything.
The pricing structure is a bit all over the place and I hate how they have broken up the different platforms that you really need as an all in one option. For instance, in order to respond to your audience, you would need to use a separate software called Buffer Analyze and it has its own fee in addition to what you for Buffer. Buffer has a free option but you can only connect 3 accounts and you can only schedule 10 posts per account. That can get to be time-consuming and eventually with growth you'll need to upgrade, but the good news is that they have a $15 plan that is great for the next step up.
Scheduling for a Client their social media posts and being able to quickly curate content from just about any source using the Buffer Chrome extension.
One of the cerebral pains of each network supervisor, is the reality of dealing with every one of the systems of one or a few customers, on account of Buffer that is a relic of past times. I truly like the likelihood that it offers me to have all that I need in one spot to improve my work and better. Something else I search for in a stage for the administration of informal communities, is to have the option to quantify the extent of every one of the issues that are distributed, because of support it is conceivable to acquire it with no issue. Likewise, I can take the time and the viability of my work, I have gotten a few days to get different clients since I began utilizing this magnificent stage, which converts into higher salary for my administrations bolstered by Buffer, I daresay that, at present, is the best option for the administration of informal communities.
I have been utilizing Buffer for quite a long while for the mechanization of my work and I am exceptionally content with everything that it offers, I can not contrarily influence it since I have perceived how they continually right every one of the burdens that emerge, so I don't go with my analysis with any negative remarks the stage. I am certain that soon they will improve the web interface and incorporate a lot more shocks to build the quantity of clients.
Working in the degrees of Community Manager, and Social Media Manager, it is critical to attempt numerous choices for the robotization of the records of the considerable number of customers that trust my promoting vision to deal with their essence in the system. With Buffer I have set aside a ton of cash, exercises that few individuals did previously, presently it is sufficient to utilize their stage from mobile phones, even in a PC, it is that multiplatform include that makes me remain faithful to your business alternatives. Another component that not many talk is time, for me it is imperative, that is the reason because of cradle, I just commit the basic to design all the substance and I depend on its innovation for the satisfaction of the assignments that I look to produce every day. That is the reason in the event that you are searching for a powerful and entirely fit choice, with buuffer you landed at the showed spot.
My two favorite things is that Buffer offers URL shortening and pulls the image from the website directly. It's very easy to use. You can set up specific times you'd like for something to be posted or let their algorithm determine the best time to publish for you. It can't get any easier than that. User friendly and accessible in a team setting. Multiple people can access the account.
I wish there was a larger queue minimum for the free trial. Obviously if it was paid, that wouldn't be an issue. I don't mind though. As soon as the companies I work for are willing to pay for the platform, I will be a big advocate for it.
I've used Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, Sprout, and several random scheduling apps. None of them are as efficient as Buffer. Queue scheduling, URL shortening, ease with tagging (both @ and #), and user-friendly.
I can write posts just one time and then simply edit the details for each social network. The interface is simple, intuitive and it offers various ways to publish, like scheduling, sharing at the moment and queuing.
I would guess that it's a Instagram issue, but it's really stupid to manually submit the Instagram posts on the phone. I'd love if Buffer find a way around this.
Schedule posts to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, at the same time, for free.
I love that I can see far into the future and do the work now, so that I can let me social be a back thought rather than stressing ever day about posting.
If you are using any other google extensions, it will usually affect Buffer working. But you can just use an incognito window so it's not a huge deal.
I have loved being able to have all my social channels in one place and be more organized. I hated having 6 different tabs open at once.
I like that I can schedule so far ahead and for so many channels. The KPIs and ROIs are easy to read and reports are easy to create.
I wish sometimes that I could schedule posts for specific times.
I am also to work on member recruitment, client engagement, visibility and dissemination of ideas. I have increased my client base and my clients are more responsive and interactive.
