Buffer was one of the main social schedulers that offered the majority of the stages we use. The fundamental obstacle with a large portion of the others was they did exclude Pinterest. I very much want to have everything in one spot! It's additionally extremely moderate for independent ventures.
I do wish they had an alternate organization for every stage, or possibly some of them. I wound up exchanging my Pinterest record to Tailwind, since it's MUCH simpler to utilize and has a way better interface for that. I've had a few issues with Buffer being moderate or glitchy of late, so that has been baffling.
It encourages me keep on my social on track, prepare, and not need to stress over it or scramble a minute ago. It certainly saves time to concentrate on different undertakings.

The ability to schedule in multiple platforms. Adding content like links and photos are incredibly easy as well. Being able to schedule multiple posts over several social media sites is a godsend.
I found that there were several times where my content wouldn’t post at all. I didn’t discover this unti I looked at the social page and noticed myself, or logged in to look at my queue. There should be more urgency to alert a client if there is an issue posting their content.
Overall, it sure makes social media easy to deal with, and in a very economical, easy-to-understand way for the user. Many other tools are much more complex than they need to be. The benefits to anyone being able to login to buffer and instantly know how to operate the software is worth its weight in gold.
The timeline for posting is very clean and easy to use. The content stream from different topics has saved a huge amount of time searching for articles to post.
It is more expensive than the program that we were using before. It is extremely affordable if there is only one person using, but the business account gets more pricey. The Instagram posting has gotten better in the past year, but still is a little hard.
We only have to sit down once a week and put everything in one place. Cross posting is effortless. Being able to review someones work before it is posted has been a huge benefit.
I love the consistency of posts throughout my social networks. I'm able to post close to the same thing in all of my social networks I really love the scheduling feature, so that I can schedule all my posts for the week in one day and then be free to just interact with clients.
I can't think of anything that I don't like about it. It's a great program and it's been a pleasure to use it!
I don't know if I'd call them business problems, but it just makes things a lot easier for social media planning.
I like that there is an app, so I can check and edit things on my phone and post manually if I need to. I can get all my posts in Buffer at the beginning of the week and know that everything will get posted on time and at the optimal hour.
I don't like that there are picture size maximums and that I can only post on Instagram once a day.
I am able to get all my work for the week done on Monday morning and not have to worry about posting manually every day. I am able to use my time more wisely throughout the rest of the week.
I love the fast speed and simple interface of the Buffer app. And also one of my favorite way to plunning post is Buffer Chrome extention.
I'd like to add the ability to mention someone for Facebook and Linkedin. And it'd be great to fix the issue with random losing connections.
I save my time! And Buffer also very simplify the process of posting on social networks.
It is the best service to integrate all of your social media accounts into one place.
It does not integrate with Instagram and LinkedIn very well.
This service has simplified my job, and freed up more time for other things.
The thing I like best about Buffer is that I can initiate a social media post from the webpage of the content I'm currently reading. This distinguishes Buffer from other platforms like Hootsuite. My second favorite thing is the ability to schedule social media postings across platforms. And since I manage multiple accounts, I like the ease of scheduling everything from one dashboard.
Buffer was AWESOME until Facebook created the rule about original images only and Twitter disallowed scheduling the same tweet across multiple accounts. I wasn't a spammer -- I just managed multiple accounts with a similar focus. And the Facebook image thing is proving a nightmare since some unsophisticated sites don't have the right image showing up automatically.
Keeping up with content posting on social media is time consuming. Buffer lets you easily create and schedule content while you are reading relevant information about your industry.
It's simple layout. Buffer is one tool that packs so much functionality with a clean layout. It also offers a mobile app which makes it very convenient.
The free plan has a limit of just 3 accounts now and the pricing is also a bit on the expensive side
It helped me save a lot of time and also helped me have my social media activities efficient
It's a good tool for a easy use of it, it has an easy and very intuitive interface, really like it for post in all social media accounts same content or make visible content for some target. You can customize messages for each social media account, so you will not be limited for that twitter's limit of characters on Facebook.
It hasn't a lot of functions, so it's just for a easy use of it, their stats are not very good, are simple and poor of bias for understand better your public. Have some bugs on Twitters' profile pic and connecting with Instagram, so must be a bit annoying don't use all functions correctly.
Our needs of a organizated posting on social media, it solved our problem about that. So if you want just a easy and basic tool for organice your social media posting, this will be a great solution, you will not have a lot of functions on it but for start in this world, it will be a good choice, also have a free plan so you don't must to pay for use their basic service, allowing you to test it before waste money on it.
I like the very foundation of this app in that you can schedule posts for future dissemination. It is simple to use, and works across platforms.
It took me a while to get the different platforms to schedule at the same time with the same posts. I had a few problems trying to get them all to post at the same time asI have a number of users for different things on different platforms.
Promotion of my blog and science communication on Twitter
I love how my teammates can all have access to our buffer timelines so we can strategize our posting strategy. Also, the ability to have a third party app post to Instagram for us is amazing. The interface is also very aesthetically pleasing which is important for me.
I want there to be some better insights about what's working and what's not. If possible, I would like for the ability to post Instagram stories.
Our organization was blasting out content and news to social way too often and things were getting messy. Buffer let those without a background in social media marketing see the need to space out content.
Love the ease of scheduling posts in advance and being able to post across platforms!
I wish there was a way for multiple people to login to the app at once.
We need to update our social media at least once a day, and keeping track of who is in charge of that was getting difficult.
I like how easy it is to schedule out your posts, and how you can have multiple social media platforms on there.
I did not like that if you did not have the premium version, it made it difficult to deal with the platform sometimes, but overall it was a great tool.
It made social media management so much easier. As a business, it can be hard to keep up with social media platforms and posts.
i can manage all my social media accounts in one central area! it makes my life so much easier at work and its simple to use once you get a hang of it
it was a bit hard to naviage the platform at first but you'll get the hang of it in no time
making my job more efficient and being able to anayze my audiance
I really like Buffer, I can manage my Facebook business page, my Twitter and schedule my Instagram. I use the social medias to improve and boost my business. I like the fact that I can schedule posts and understand what is the best time to post for my audience (thanks to the Buffer analisys of the active audience). I also love the insights offered by Buffer about the performances of the posts.
The iPhone app it's a little bit confusing. I prefer to use the browser version of Buffer. You can easily set up posts and manage your profiles. It can be difficult from the app. Also would be great if there were the opportunity to comment and reply to comments directly from Buffer.
Istead of using all the different social medias separately, I can use just Buffer to manage all of them. And when you run a business related to events, as mine is, it's essential to have everything in one place, to perfectly create your social media schedule. And also Buffer helps me to save time, dedicating myself to work.
The ease of use is phenomenal, especially how one can draft a single post for all three major Social Media sharing platforms -- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. Also, it makes it very easy to track the engagement on your content in the form on reports and analytics. The team takes feedback very encouragingly. I'm happy that they've also added Instagram as a Social Media channel as well. Overall, it's doing what it says.
The tool isn't really seamless, gives errors out of the blue. The support isn't the best either. A lot of things could be improved regarding the robustness of the product. The tool is also very pricey for no reason, I'll be making a switch as soon as I get a better deal in the same price. Pay around $10/month just for the basic plan. Perhaps if they can price the same one around $5 a month it would really make sense to use this tool. Apart from these minor drawbacks, it's good enough.
Social sharing across the three major platforms from one place, one point. This is the only major benefit I've realized till now. I believe the team has a lot of scope to improve this product and add more features in alignment with the problems Social Media marketers face currently. They have Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram right now, would be great if they also added channels such as Google+, Pinterest, Quora etc.
I do like the system to schedule and prepared many social media posts to many platforms. They have many to offer besides the usual Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn and many more.
The biggest downside is I can not post to Instagram on this platform. The integration has been off for some time and can not get it to work. I have even contacted Buffer and it appears the platform does not work well with Instagram.
Having to remember when and what to schedule for social media posts. It saves time to just log into one platform to post recurring or timed posts.
