I like User interface everything is very clear in new version, before it was lil bit complicated to understand. As a beginner auto cad is the easiest software to understand you can learn it very quickly.
When file was too heavy is used to get crashed otherwise it was no issue in using it.

Autocad is not efficient in 3d modeling. It is very difficult to work on 3d objects when you want any modification. It is also an expensive software and not everyone can afford it for their daily uses.

I love how intuitive it is and super easy to use! I was able to learn this program throughout my college career and it has been very helpful in my professional career as well! I feel that this is now an industry standard as I have seen most clients using this program and emphasizing the use of it throughout projects.
There are confusions that occur with view ports when edits are conducted by not properly communicated while being reviewed. I also wish that all CAD programs were more similar as I am using a few different ones from time and time and not all features are identical. There are quite a few different settings that I have noticed are different dependent on the computer that I have used but I have not been able to find the exact changes necessary to make the program more user friendly.
Manufacturing line layouts as well as machines and parts of machines throughout client projects and necessities. We have realized that spacial issues can be solved rather easily with this rather than trial and error of human measurements. Throughout my professional career, I have found that this program is super beneficial to use for spacial issues rather than needing to travel to plants prior to implementations that have saved $1,000s in travel expenses.
A significant advantage to using AutoCAD is the program is universal. Almost any CAD/CAM program can open them. It is very user-friendly, commands are easy to find, it's a robust program and can be used for Mechanical design, Architectural design, civil and electrical as well.
The printing and plotting command is not set up very well. It can be complicated to get printed what you actually want to print.

AutoCAD lacks a very important function where third-party spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel can be compared. The best thing I like is if you have an idea to explain something which you can show it as a 3d or 2d object orientation which it is suitable for all the engineers. In presentations you just create a model and show it with the same and exact dimentions you would like to have the original product. It is best useful for the civil, mechanical engineers and for the startup also.
The most I dislike is for learning this autocad I have struggled a lot to understand the interface and due to large number of tools for picking the right one is the difficult task and after picking you need to know how to use it in a right manner that's where you will struggle.

It has a rather long and complex learning curve, has a lot of tools, which is undoubtedly something significant, it takes time to learn, and master each function, with if the syntax were different would have a more fluid system of work.
This program had a strong impact on the field of work that we do for the application of new projects, we cover the smallest details of each project that is usually necessary to the need of who we work with and the end result of the task. And it consumes less resources than other design programs, such as SolidWorks even though it has additional details in the animation of its structure according to its configuration.
What i like best is that the tutorial and training resources can be quickly gotten online without hassle.On launch of the software,there is an introductory step by step guide to using the software.What i also like is the command line and the use of keypad shortcuts .It can be customized by dragging ribbons and toolbars to your desired location in the work-space. By far the best and most known software,the autocad team software is very user friendly and more easily understood by new users to CAD.
The cost of autocad for professional use is high and newer versions requires even more bigger space memory on the computer to be fully up-to speed and functional.Not the best for 3D modelling/rendering

On the internet there is a lot of information and free courses of this tool that allow self-learning. It is easy to access, has constant updates that significantly improve the product, can be integrated with all the tools of adobe and is ideal for the design of structural plans and the size of supplies for projects
It consumes many resources of processing and memory of the system and when the images are very heavy it tends to stay hung
It allows to perform measurements and calculations on planes, so you do not need to be on site to determine the materials required in a certain work
The absolute best feature is being able to import, manipulate, and create PDFs. Being able to work with PDFs as if they were drawings has saved me hours upon hours of time. I also like that I can easily create documentation from my model space. This saves a lot of time if I am doing a one time documentation because I don't need to wrestle with the paper space.
I dislike the lack of ease when drawing from scratch. It is difficult to draw quickly. I often have to create my designs in another program and then import them to Autocad.
I use AutoCAD to edit and markup factory floorplans. I also use it to incorporate systems of equipment into floorplans to ensure they will work in the customer's space.
