Flexibility / customizability, super helpful, nice and knowledgeable team, US-based and "contactable," high-quality product, and price.
I wish it was a little "smarter" when it came to connecting new leads with people or companies - perhaps add a prompt that suggests this? Let's get some AI involved, eh?
Nutshell keeps my business development self organized and integrates with my other systems. It's simple to use and ideally suited for entrepreneurs.
The platform is user-friendly, easy to set up and easy to make changes to as needed. The support from all the reps I have worked with since the beginning has been exceptional andI have not had a single question go unanswered!
Honestly, I do not have any complaints. If I had tried to set it up without assistance, I would have complaints; everything I have brought up to the reps has been handled effectively.
We had an extremely archaic system of tracking leads with excel and OneNote, numerous Teams messages among staff, post-it notes, copy and pasting e-mails, whiteboards, etc. Nutshell has completely removed all that and given us one platform to manage our entire CRM.
Although Nutshell is not active in our environment just yet, I find the system to be very user-friendly. Everything appears to be well organized, and it is easy to find what we need. So far, it seems to be a simplified version of other CRMs. We can't wait to get started.
Nuthsell is not active in our environment just yet, so I have not identified any issues. It would be nice if Nutshell could automatically segment contacts into different audiences based on the information they entered into a form.
We are still in the process of setting up Nutshell. We plan to use the platform to collect customer information and create segments within our CRM. We would also like to use the pipelines in Nutshell to follow the progress of our leads.
The email follow-up reminders go to the salesperson directly.
By linking to my Outlook, unnecessary contacts have been added when our company only wants to track the incoming prospects/leads from our website.
Tracking the incoming leads turned to wins or losses.
When I first started using Nutshell, I had a few questions and Nutshell answered promptly. The interface itself is super intuitive, which means that the initial learning curve is manageable.
I haven't found downsides, it's way better and more user-friendly than the alternatives that I tried.
I can see what I have on the go all in one place. That makes it easier to stay on top of things and I don't need to got to several different platforms to see all the info.
There are many things... the ability to customize the program to my customers' needs and the ability to get a human being on the phone to work directly with me, when needed.
The few things that I felt were missing, that I shared with NS, they eventually added and/or fixed. They really listen to their customers and are always evolving and improving their products when needed.
Keeping track of new leads, sending marketing emails and ease of tracking the necessary follow ups to those emails.
Nutshell is both simple & powerful. It's simple enough that our sales team actually likes using it and there's no pushback. It's powerful enough that we're able to get valuable insights into what's working, what's not and how to do better.
The mobile app isn't as powerful as we'd like. A lot of our sales people prefer to do a lot of their work on phones and sometimes it's just not as powerful or simple as the web version.
Our business is very sales centric and Nutshell is our single source of truth. One place that shows who we're workign with, our customers, the activities and results we're getting and insight into ways we can improve.
CRM system easy to use - was able to get my team up and running easily.
Nothing really to not like - anytime we have had an issue we call and we actually get a live person .
Client tracking - job tracking. project planning.
The friendly support. They are a customer service-based company, not a sales company. No " Do you want fries with that?" here.
Nutshell kinda stops where we want to start. With some meddling, I think we can make it work for what we need.
Keeping track of communication with customers and between management. It's been so nice having the phone ring and simply entering in the customer information and setting a task for myself. Helps me really stick to the follow-up I promised the customer or my team.
Nutshell has become the backbone for our social media marketing agency. It allows for tracking of our leads and new sales; our clients and their communications, tasks, scheduled meetings, and communication logs; our monthly project management for each client; and helps to compile reports on the growth of our agency.
Even when using fields such as CURRENCY, Nutshell does not offer the ability for spreadsheets to provide totals for each column. This requires me to export the data as a spreadsheet in order to view certain sum totals.
Nutshell works as our CRM for customer information and communications across our team. Our team is able to work nimbly and everyone in the organization is able to help out when required due to this transparency. It also works well as our project management tool thanks to tasking and custom events that we utilize as a work order form.
Nutshell is very easy to install and intuitive to use. Between the browser and the app, you always have access to what you need.
Honestly, can't think of anything that I really dislike. It's a well designed, easy to use solution.
Nutshell has solved the organization of contacts, managing follow-ups, and keeping focus on momentum through the sales and engagement processes.
Simple to use intuitive user interface. I'm a first-time user of any CRM system, and getting up to speed on all the different functions has been easier than I had anticipated.
Nothing to this point. I'm too new to the system to have found any shortcomings.
Our company adopted Nutshell CRM to capture our day-to-day customer interactions and move away from a spreadsheet-based system.
I love how Nutshell is layed out. It is Professional and easy to customize.
I use Nutshell on my iPhone, and it needs a serious revamp. I also use the web version on my Ipad Pro, and it's fantastic. When I receive calls on my iPhone, my contacts don't show who is calling in when they are in Nutshell. It would be very professional if that could work. I'd love to see a Dashboard on the iPhone that is useful. Show my appointments, activities and tasks for the day.
I have a large customer with numerous locations. I have to account for them all during the year to ensure I've inspected them. Nutshell gives me the ability to do that in a visual way using maps. Customer service showed me some enhancements to improve my daily processes.
The good thing about nutshell, is it gives you all the steps that you need to get from the beginning of the process to the end. There are checkboxes to help you follow along and make sure that you haven't missed steps.
There can be an over abundance of steps as well. It's not as obvious when there are duplicates all the time. I wish it maybe looked a little bit more old school, all the graphics can be distracting.
We are tying to better determine our sales pipeline so that we can more accurately forecast our future earnings and keep track of potential clients for future revenue.
I've used a number of the "leading" CRMs in my career, and Nutshell is far and away the most accessible and intuitive system that I've used. I never feel as though I've had to give up any of the integrations and connectivity that I was used to, but whether on the mobile app or the webapp, Nutshell just works without drama or complexity.
There is certainly less configurability and customization than with other CRMs, but I'm part of a SMB with fairly limited requirements around customization. At some scale, I suppose we'd need the "ecosystem" capabilities afforded by the leading CRMs, but Nutshell is perfect for our SMB (and I'd assume most others).
Nutshell serves as the single source of truth for all of our sales and marketing efforts. Like all CRMs, it's only as valuable as the buy-in it receives from its users, but it's intuitive and easy to use in a way that even our most reluctant team members will utilize it. It also provides enough horsepower for our more advanced, power-users in terms of email syncing and automation capabilities.
I enjoy the easy accessibility of the website and the different options in terms of sharing information and tracking data. The organization between people, businesses, etc. is very helpful!
The difference between boxes prompting notes, comments, descriptions, etc. can be tricky to distinguish between (where to add information, how to communicate it, etc.)
For what we do it can be difficult to compile information all in one place, and this serves that purpose. It is the place that we go to once coaches or locations are officially secured, and it helps us distinguish between secured vs leads.
ease of use, excellent and easy-to-navigate screens, the tracking stages from first contact to sales is great
wait time for customer service via chat. It would be nice to link my MS Outlook to Nutshell
Im satisfied so it is difficult to effectively answer this question. I will say that Nutshell seems to always be introducing new and useful programs
everyone in the same place makes it easier to keep everyone together
that it deletes after so many days losing contact
We can keep up with updates at work and have a side group for other things that we may need or want to talk about
workflows are intituive, customer service is great, and we love the different pipeline visuals.
Drip marketing campaign set up is not intuitive
Helps me keep track of my sales leads in a very methodical and organized way
Ease of use of the CRM System. This makes training much easier and faster for my staff.
There is no auto text of VM drop. This would be much more helpful if it was a one-stop shop.
Client management.
