Miro is primarily intuitive application. It helps the team to design ,share ideas and visualize them. The high quality pre-made templates helps the team to get started easily and quickly. It offers seamless integration with other applications like Jira.
Templates have limited customization to fit into our different projects needs.
Miro is user friendly and intuitive tool. Helps the team to collaborate on various projects very well. Technical support team is very friendly and able to handle our problems very well.
Miro is good on what it does. We use it extensively for online meetings, collaboration, brainstorming and aslo tracking the progress of various projects. Miro include a variety of templates and drawing tool that enables us to visualize ideas. It aslo easy to intergrate with other applications we use in the office.
Miro is expensive for larger teams. That the only drawback we have with this application.
Miro is great tool for collaboration and brainstorming. It aslo a great tool to communicate with team members on various issues. Miro aslo integrates well with our application and customer support has been impressive.
We use Miro heavily in planning, designing and gathering inputs when we are starting a new project. It offers extensive library of templates for collaboration and it have a very clean user interface which is very navigable. Miro has an easy API which integrates with most application in the market.
It takes sometime for new users to adapt how to use the application. But Miro functionality is excellent.
Miro is very stable tool for collaboration and project management. Technical support is awesome and available. It offers many templates to work with and aslo it's able to integrate with many application.
The drag and drop. Intuitive UI. We stopped using standard post-its in workshops and use Miro instead, that way you can work more with the content and even export it.
If you're in multiple teams it is easy to create a board in the wrong team without noticing.
Mapping out processes and ideas.
This tool has become an indispensable part of my day-to-day operations. I use it for almost everything, and anyone who sees my work in it is always impressed. Miro was chosen by my project team. Miro became the solution for us to collaborate because we are all working remotely. This is also very user-friendly.
Miro has satisfied me, and I have no negativity about Miro so far, but it would help small-scale businesses if the price could come down because I feel that Miro is a tool to be used by all big and small ventures.
It reduces our time to market and enhances decision-making so easy. Miro also has a product roadmap and future vision, making business easy.
I love that its clean and allows for collaboration. Exporting and importing features are great cos it easily does all the work of converting it nicely on the miro board without doing too much
Its expensive to have in my organisation and so even though we love it we have to resort to Mural instead !( I am starting to love mural too!)
Teams and collaborative work on a clean and intuitive space
I love the templates we can use for retrospectives, sprint planning and review, refinements, team organizing, PI planning, priority matrixes, voting, time setting.
I do not find anything unhelpful, but I am a bit confused how to handle the fact that I had a free account then the enterprise one and I joggle between my boards
When you need to do a retro, you simply pick a template and colleagues only need to type some text. I love the voting part, as we have votable action points. It speeds up our scrum events, such as planning, sprint review, retros and at an org level, the PI planning.
Miro has ensured that we can create, view and edit on all our boards. It so incredible how one can apply many existing formats. Ease sharing and visualising. The templates are in wide range. The efficient features help one to easily collaborate with fellow colleagues. It has a straightforward and friendly interface. It's so flexible in design. It has no limits to user authorisation.
Miro is helping one to do exactly what is needed of them. No dislike for this platform.
Using Miro, our team collaboration has fully been enhanced. That how we are managing most projects. It so incredible how I am able to solve all issues regarding whiteboard collaboration efforts. Also Miro has promoted virtual meetings.
Flexible with a variety of tools and options to document your ideas, and easily shareable to collaborate effectively and deliver results.
Everything is working fine. Nothing disliked.
Two areas: 1. Developing a consolidated and harmonized PMO for our project 2. Conducting brainstorming workshops to collect system requirements.
What I most like about Miro is it provides an endless virtual whiteboard that can help teams to streamline their work and make better use of their time by providing a centralized workspace where a comprehensive view of the project, including its status, progress, and key metrics, which can be helpful for project managers to track the project and make informed decisions.
Nothing to dislike about Miro because its real-time analytics provide a comprehensive view of the data, allowing organizations to better understand their operations and identify trends and patterns in the data for making informed business decisions.
The main benefit we get from Miro is it provides an endless virtual whiteboard where a comprehensive view of the project, including its status, progress, and key metrics, which can be helpful for us to track the project and make informed decisions.
I design processes, landing pages, system architectures, integrations etc.. . I tried similar tools and always came back to Miro as it is the more friendly, easy to use, and complete tool that cover all my needs
I just love it. There is nothing that I could think of as not enough for my needs
Helps me provide a complete overview of some of my initiatives, avoids long novel emails, and saves my time when it comes to explaining a process, no meeting is needed, I use Miro, share the board and in most of the cases, there are no questions from my team. It also helps me to ensure that I do not miss any steps when implementing Customer Programs or designing any architectures.
All I need from a whiteboard Miro have it; if not, I found it in new features added a couple of weeks later. Since we used Miro, collaboration has become easier than ever. It's hard to explain all the benefits we've got, but if you want to know, start to use it, and you will understand what I mean.
Nothing, I can't say anything wrong about Miro. All the tools I'm working with correspond to my needs.
Miro is a whiteboard for homeworkers. It's very easy to collaborate on any subject, even in a meething.
Huge flexibility, tons of tools, space enough to expand and not forget anything!
Sometimes it might be slow, but I imagine that this is my computer. Not sure.
Planning visually many projects of many different areas. Work with creativity and turn ideas into actions.
Best thing I like about Miro is an ability to create visually rich whiteboards which help my workshops with colleagues and my thinking process when I work on some concepts
I have experienced that if 20-30 participants are invited to collaborate on the board simultaneously and they all stary to move objects, the application sometimes lags.
1) Have workshop results nicely organized and kept in the commonly accessible place 2) Structure the thinking process by rich mindmaps 3) Keep all relevant information in one place in front of my eyes
It has no limits to user authorisation so it makes it easy to join in as new members. Team work possibilities and enhanced which is an easy way to carry on team projects. Simple user interface of this tool.
There is no downsides to this tool simple features faster installation and you get to realize all the needs needed for it. It is exactly what you need and serves all needs as needed.
It has solved issue of white board collaborative efforts. Holding virtual meetings is easy and it mostly allow great team work . Resource saving and timely delivery of tasks.
Miro is easy to use, intuitive and thanks to many useful templates within the product and the community, you can be up and productive in a relatively short period of time.
I don't have any significant dislikes about Miro. One thing I'd suggest is to find a way to encourage users to try new features or tips by analyzing how the user is leveraging key features or not, identify obvious gaps and have a bot make suggestions.
Miro combines collaboration, creation, presentation and meetings. You can co-create deliverables or documents in real time or asynchronously, create a presentation and even present the work all in the Miro board. It makes work more efficient by streamlining the number of applications needed to produce the same breadth of work.
Easy visualisations while turning a meeting into a workshop. I can't imagine working distributed (as we do most of the time) without Miro
Make sure you have SSO working for you. Save a lot of link sharing etc.
A group of people talking but not understanding each other
Miro works well other products. For instance, it integrates well with Google Workspace and Zoom among others which means after implementation, you don't have to make any changes to the way you were working before. It brings onboard to you powerful and very effective drawing functions like sticky notes, mind maps, videos, images and many more to help you turn the ideas in your mind into diagrams of workable projects by visualizing. Also, it gives you functions like Swimlanes and Flocharts that will help you visualize your projects so that you can easily track their progress and evaluate any areas that might need improvements. Also it has Strategic planning capabilities to help you organize your work by defining each stage and tasks to be carried out at that particular stage. Miro has an easy to access collaboration platform that gives you and your team a efficient way of working together as a team to promote enhanced performance.
Nothing. Miro has very useful features that has always proved to be effective. The features are easy to use and i have never come across any technical difficulties while using it.
Miro finds it use in our company as a visualization and collaboration tool. Time and again, it has always been our go solution when it comes to mind mapping, visualizing our processes by diagramming them as well as providing us with a shared workspace for us to collaborate on our projects as teammates. The functionalities that Miro offers are outstanding and the returns we get from it is very satisfying and worthy.
The way it can be used simultaneously by different team members at the same time. Collaboration and communication are crucial to success, and MIRO provides exactly the same.
Importing from excel and PowerPoint will be a helpful thing cause most will use MS office. I know excel lists can be converted into stickeys and lists in kanban, but if the dashboards from Excel and elements in PowerPoint can be imported into MIRO, it will be helpful.
MIRO solves the problem of sharing unlive or static documents within the team and to the clients by making collaboration in brainstorming, mind mapping and diagramming live and easy. I as a user find it helpful to engage my team members and communicate information superfast.
I like that Mirro is a collaborative tool that allows teammates to connect. I love that it offers many different visualizations that can be utilized, so there is no need to use a tool such as StarUml or any other tools.
I dislike that it is difficult to zoom in or out. To move left or right is difficult as well. Without the app the users is left to figure out what to do to scroll left , right or zoom in or out.
It is solving the need to use more than one platform , it is a collaborative space where everyone can go from the team.
