Easiness to use. Very intuitive and responsive. You log in, and you don't have to guess what to do next. You either start a meeting or schedule a meeting. I also like that you can copy meeting information and send to your invitees directly; you don't have to use the portal where you created the meeting. I also like that you can record meetings and view later.

Haven't figured out if files can be shared. This would come in handy if it were available.

Muito boa plataforma de comunicação, mas como tudo tem desvantagens, considero que uma de suas maiores desvantagens é a conexão à Internet e o bate-papo no momento de uma reunião on-line. É necessário que, para o bom funcionamento do aplicativo, sem falhas, sem interferências e sem apresentar nenhum erro, haja uma conexão boa e sólida com a Internet, uma vez que funciona com videochamadas e áudio, evitando distorções de imagem, perdendo qualidade em os áudios ou simplesmente interromper a chamada. Além disso, o problema dos bate-papos é importante porque, no momento de uma reunião on-line, seja por videochamada, videoconferência ou chamadas de voz e tenta iniciar um bate-papo, a comunicação interna é completamente perdida

Audio was confusing at first but I eventually got it

GoToMeeting offers lots of presenting functionality such as giving and taking rights from participants to speak. You can also easily set up recurring meetings.

It's quite costly and is web-based, so it's not very flexible. Interface isn't very intuitive either. Hard to find what you want to do.

Contrary to it's name, GoToMeeting helps us meet without actually going anywhere except a website it's super easy to set up and the hasslefree experience is useful when dealing with people of various experience in computers. All you have to do is go to a link and that's it.

GoToMeeting (GTM) is very friendly and easy to use. It has a great quality of Audio as well as Video. The meetings over GTM are very clear and also are in real time. There is no delay, not even for a second. The best part is that GTM is compatible with Cell Phones as well. That also on both iOS & Android Operating Systems which makes it feasible to use on the go. It is also very easy to set up and has all the instructions a user will require to create a meeting.

To be honest, at this point there is nothing in the software which i can dislike. It runs simply flawless and has a great User Interface as well.

Working as a Recruiter, GTM helps me in Solving lots of Problems. It literally reduces the distance between us and the candidates based out in different geographical areas. It also helps us in Having Client meetings and discussion regarding the various requirements. It also helps us in talking to the team all together at the same time who are based in different countries of the world. It helps us in providing training sessions as well within the organization through Screen Sharing. It is very helpful in many other ways as well.

GoToMeeting is our go to. It’s reliable and the features are handy. It’s evrrything we need.
